Where I live.. my dentist whitens my teeth for free.
I don't have Health Insurance.
But, too make an appointment it takes forever. Because theres loads of people wanting to get there teeth whitened :| so I use Colgate whitening toothpaste. And in 2 weeks your teeth go bright white.
The procedure she went through is a quick fix coz you see results straight away... but its actually bad for your teeth coz it dries your teeth & gums out (which is damaging & makes them really sensitive). It's not gonna last forever if she doesn't follow the rules (eg: avoid coffee, tea, carrots, other staining foods/drinks). I use a gel from the dentist and its safer & just as effective - except it takes a week or so to see the results - which also lasts for ages (following the rules)

hmmmm dental isn't free in Canada... you have to be covered under alternative insurance.. up to a certain age you can get your teeth checked if you can't afford it... but after that.. you are pretty much on your own! our health care system can be improved. it is much MUCH better in Europe.

Stretch marks go away with time, I grew 6 inches in 2 months and had massive stretch marks on my back and they went away took about 2 years for me though. Don't worry about it

Hi, I'm a dental assistant. Zoom is a great way to get whiting, Just a question. Did you get at home trays with the zoom to be able to keep up on your bleaching. If not you should. The at home trays that you can get with your dentist has 17-20 % bleaching action. Where the store brand has 5-7% bleaching. And just to let you know B shade is very light. Most people are A3 or A3.5

Your healthcare system is paid by tax dollars, it's not free. And America isn't "garbage" compared to Canada and Europe, that's an ignorant statement. They both have their pros and cons.

@skreambammbamm don't worry about it, everyone has stretch marks. besides no reputable doctor is coming to perform aesthetic procedures on a 13 year old. By the time you're 18, you'll grow out of this insecure phase :)

Stretch marks go away with time, I grew 6 inches in 2 months and had massive stretch marks on my back and they went away took about 2 years for me though. Don't worry about it

I dont have health insurance, so anything dental and vision ends up costing me a lot. (I don't have Health Insurance because once you turn 22, and you are under your parents insurance, you are dropped. Sucks about being an adult =P)

Hi, I'm a dental assistant. Zoom is a great way to get whiting, Just a question. Did you get at home trays with the zoom to be able to keep up on your bleaching. If not you should. The at home trays that you can get with your dentist has 17-20 % bleaching action. Where the store brand has 5-7% bleaching. And just to let you know B shade is very light. Most people are A3 or A3.5

in Canada you don't have to pay for your health care, unless its cosmetic surgery. but we pay with our taxes, but we don't have to pay when we like break an arm or something !
