Good for you on speaking out against most mainstream raw food groups (as well as sad eaters) and their use of stimulants (salts,spices, cacao, coffee etc). But im concerned. It sounds like you are not even eating 1000 calories a day, and most of it is from overt fat. I would turn into an emotional wreck and my skin would look like hell... let me guess, soon it will get harder for you to sleep at night?? When will you come back over to the high energy ultra PURE low fat fruit bliss?
