  • Leave people alone, Ray.

  • @silverhallheights if a friend of yours knew that you were headed for eternal torment and pain and they knew the way out and a way to experience real life, but they kept quiet about it - would you not consider them to be unloving and selfish not to share such an important thing? What if Jesus is right? Are you going to place your bet against the odds?

  • @MrAliyak People like you are arrogant because of your my-religion-is-better-than-your-religion attitude, and are theologically immature not to respect the boundaries among the various religions. There are people who are rightfully as confident and happy in their religious beliefs as the arrogant evangelical myopes are in theirs. Evangelism is for people of your own faith. RESPECT is for people of other faiths. Grow up.

  • I wish they would start posting again also...but this time stop only posting videos of teenagers, drunks, and the uneducated. There is a reason the likes of Dawkins refuse to debate with people like Ray Comfort. Discussing this matter with the Comforts of society is like debating the color of an orange is orange with someone that has a perception disorder where all colors distorted. To them an orange may be blue because they have a disorder but to them it really IS blue. It's a mental disorder.

  • @mjfraser04 I totally agree with you. The average man on the street is rarely an intellectual heavy weight, nor an authority on either God or the theory of evolution. What Mr. Comfort believes he is proving selecting the worse of his interviewees to put on the internet, I am not sure. It does not reinforce his views on God with me. It only makes me believe I am right to think Christians are self-righteous bullies.

  • Standing on the edge of plane ray? Id say forget the parachute and fucking jump.

  • wow how great

  • he's blasted out of his mind. lol

  • Another example of someone who's beliefs are based on external influence and no knowledge of his own, like most people I see you guys interviewing he is not knowledgeable enough to explain his beliefs and his conviction.

  • It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones. The Bible certainly does address "Child Molesters!"

  • @TheSavedSinner "Should offend" that can mean anything, from swearing to sexual molestation. Because it's VAGUE we don't know the exact answer. That is my entire point. And as such it allows people to punish others according to their interpretation. That is an injustice. I do not trust a vague book written by nomadic/semi-sedentary desert dwellers from my species ancient past to determine my morality. I'll depend on my innate reason of not causing any harm to others.

  • @Braveanglo Proverbs 28:26 says: He that trusteth in his own heart is a fool: but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be delivered. That means we are not to rely on "human wisdom" but that of God. And yes, from "swearing" to "sexual molestation" both are wrong and are sins. Open your heart, open your soul to receive the wisdom of God. It's far better than the wisdom of man. God is calling you my friend.I can tell just by your curiosity. Ask, seek, knock. God is waiting for you to come to Him.

  • @TheSavedSinner So you admit that the Bible is vague and NOT exact. Interesting...Why would "god" give me reason and intellect and force me not use them, but instead blindly follow some obviously flawed ancient book written by fallible men? It doesn't make sense. And you using Biblical passages are not convincing since I view the Bible as a volume of mythology. And btw, I am an ex Christian.

  • @Braveanglo So as an "ex-Christian" does that mean that you no longer believe in God? Do you believe "something came from nothing!" We cant understand all the things of God. Jesus was either the most psychotic, insane person to ever walk the planet, or He is who He says He is. I opt for the latter. He is still there waiting for you. You left Him, He never will leave you. And He believes in you even though you presently don't believe in Him. God loves you, right now...just as you are.

  • @TheSavedSinner Science has never said that nothing came from nothing. That is impossible. What credible science has said is that something happened but we cannot yet explain the details. Give them time and they will explain it, though it may not happen in our lifetimes. At least they are humble enough to admit it. And as far as I am concerned, according to what I've read of the Bible, God really is the most psychotic being ever created by man.

  • @Braveanglo Evolution is simply impossible! It can not be true. No evidence for it at all except biased manipulations of creation.

  • @AmericanConcrete We have an amazing amout of evidence of Evolution, a great deal of it residing in your own body. Explain the usless appendix, please. Why do you religous types see the efforts of science to explain our world so threatening? Science is trying so hard to improve our living condition. Why try to stop that? You people WANT us to SUFFER for no damn reason? That is the defintion of crazy in my opinion.

  • "He's got his hat going, he's got his thing going on" -_-

  • I'd love to know what happened to this guy. I know how he feels, I've been there. God bless Him.

  • @mmmodafoca

They're not interested in puffing up their ego like "atheists" are when they pretend that God isn't real. They genuinely care for this young man's soul. Time to grow up brother, nobody thinks you're cool.

  • @1776iscoming dude i'm an atheist, but i don't think i'm any better than people who believe in superstitious things. I'm not doing this because it's the rebellious thing to do, or cause the cool kids who smoke tell me too. Who is pretending that "god" isn't real?? i don't think i'm any "cool" than you, i don't understand why you have to be so condescending in your rhetoric. Have a great day. :D

  • @1776iscoming Atheists are humble enough to admit that they don't know all the answers, but are willing to search for them. Unlike religious people (of all religions) who claim to have complete knowledge of the world around them based on ancient texts. I'll throw in my lot with the search rather than the confirmation.

  • @braveagelo um helloooo Lust! And it's not just the 10 commandments they are a starting point

  • @thenutinahut You're right, mate. They are a starting point. I just hope you don't eat shellfish, pork, touch a woman while she's menstrating, or wear clothes made of different kinds of fabric. God help you if you're wearing a cotton/polyester blend...

  • What an idiot. I STILL haven't seen a single interview with anyone of any real intellect.

  • "Judged by the 10 commandments"?? Really? Then I guess child molesters get off scott free, eh? Nothing in the 10 about that.

  • @Braveanglo Luke 17:2 says: It were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and he cast into the sea, than that he should offend one of these little ones. The words of Jesus. He says this because He cherishes the youngsters, and warns anyone who hurts them in any way, they are in DEEP trouble. So the Bible certainly does address this issue. P.S. God bless you Ray Comfort.. You are a tireless servant of the Lord!

  • @TheSavedSinner That is very VERY vague. That's one of the things I can't stand about the Bible. The amount of vagueness lets people interprete its words any way they want. According to this passage, I could go to hell for swearing within earshot of a child or "little person", since it could be talking about a child OR a dwarf/midget/little person.

  • @Braveanglo It's not vague at all. Jesus also says if you look with lust, you're an adulterer. If you curse your brother, you're a murderer. We have ALL done these things against God! That is why Jesus died for our sins, because we are not good enough. This is exactly what Ray Comfort is saying. God is good my friend, and He loved us so much He gave us His Son so that all who believe in Him shall not perish, but have everlasting life. Pray for God to reveal Himself to you, and He will!

  • @TheSavedSinner What I don't understand is if "god" is all knowing, all powerful, and all controlling, exactly WHY did he need his supposed "Son" to die for the sins of the world? He could have easily wiped the slate clean for all humanity. If you say that Jesus had to die for us to be forgiven, then that just proves to me that your god is not at all all-powerful since he needed a human sacrifice. It makes no sense. Use some common sense yourself. And gods mysterious ways is just a cop out.

  • @Braveanglo P.S Use some prayer and common sense when reading the Bible also. He could be talking about a midget/little person is kind of a silly argument...God loves Midgets too! What Jesus is saying is do not hurt the innocent, defenseless ones. Small or big! May your eyes and heart be opened to His wonderful word.

  • Cory should read the book of Job.

  • @Shoots1978 Cory should read "On the Origin of Species", and completely disregard everything that idiot Ray Comfort says...

  • Ray is a 8=D (actual size)

  • 'If you hate someone you're a murderer.' What? If this God exists then surely he's one of the biggest murderers of all time - well that's according the bodycount in the Bible. In fact if God created disease, he IS the biggest murderer of all time!

A God like that shouldn't be praised; he should be locked in a lunatic asylum.

  • Some videos have comments blocked! That's very bad.

  • LOL @ religion.

  • Cory said he broke all the commandments, but Ray still went through them, that doesn't make sense to me. He said yes, don't waste his time, because we aren't promised tomorrow and he could have died right after he got done explaining the Ten Commandments, and gone right to hell. And if you think this point of view is illogical, and you also say your a Christian, go read your Bible please, and don't call yourself a Christian. It takes away from the glory of God, saying that filth is holy.

  • he isn't atheist, he's agnostic, a true atheist uses objective analysis and observation to discern between fairytales and reality. where is this place??? I might go next year and hang around waiting to catch ray unaware.

  • @cookitagain2 A true atheist doesn't believe there's a god. He can believe that for whatever reason, no matter how shitty. He can believe that because his cat died, but as long as he actually doesn't believe in god, he's a true atheist. If you get to say what you said, then Christians get to point to all the dumb Christians who do bad things and say "they aren't true Christians."

  • These Living Waters people should grow up theologically. It is amazing how childish their minds are. They certainly don't represent mainstream Christian people.

  • @friedie1jeff If you have been to the deeper conference or other and keep up with, they are trust me. You don't see but a few minute video here.

  • Do It!!!

  • Ray, approach some intelligent people for a change

  • Take away from Genesis the belief that Moses was the author, on which only the strange believe that it is the word of God has stood, and there remains nothing of Genesis but an anonymous book of stories, fables, and traditionary or invented absurdities, or of downright lies. [Thomas Paine, The Age of Reason]

  • I think there is hope for Cory - He wasn't rude or disrespectful and he seemed pretty honest and aware about his own sinfulness. A sign of humility. Let us pray that God sends His Holy Spirit to Cory and waters the seeds Cory's grandmother planted by reading the Bible to/with him

    Ad Jesum Per Mariam

  • *sigh* The interviewee failed to pick up on all of Ray's leading questions, falsehoods, straw men and neglected to actually confront Ray about his insults and threats. At the age of 15, I imagine that I could rather easily refute Ray's interviewing "technique". I must say though, after seeing many of his videos I'm not really surprised by his appalling ignorance, closed-mindedness or aggression. Videos of him refuting evolution are truly comedic; no wonder he won the Golden Crocoduck.

  • @TheWhole7ruth i wish he would witness to me, i could run philosophical circles around him.

  • *sigh* Feckin' unreal...

  • The need to be contradicted. This form of religious faith lends an easy outlet for those with a pathological urge and need to be right and morally etc. superior. There's a behavioral sociological background to this phenomena. An somewhat indepth look into this type of behavior can be found on wikipedia. Anyone inclined to look into the psychology of evangelical 'fanatics' and such can start by researching the Dunning-Kruger Effect. Interesting stuff. Helps to have a clue tho. It's heavy text.

  • Could Cory be happy in heaven knowing his grandfather was burning in hell>

  • @bigpchamber There is no grief and sorrow in heaven.

  • @sluggo06 How could you not feel greif if you knew someone you loved were burning in hell?

  • @bigpchamber you would on earth. but in heaven there in nothing bad. its a perfect place.

  • @sluggo06 How is that a perfect place? It sounds like a heartless place. If you were in heaven, would you just not know your loved one was in hell or would you just not care.

  • @bigpchamber i dont know. all i know is that its the best place to go.

  • @sluggo06 If you had the power, would you allow anyone to spend eternity in hell for not accepting jesus an their saviour? If not, your morality is better then that of the god ray describes.

In my opinion, Ray Comfort is a con man. He tricks people into thinking he knows something about god so they will buy his books and videos.

  • @bigpchamber the world was a perfect place and there was no hell. but our sin cuased there be hell and bad things in this world. i cant really answer that bc Im not God.

if ray was a con man, why does he give money away instead of asking for donations?

  • @sluggo06 If a god punished the entire human race because of the actions of one man, than he is cruel, evil and unjust.

Con men often give money away in order get more. Just look at a three card monty game. Ray gets his money from the sale of books and videos. These "on the street interviews" are simply a promotion of his merchandise. I'm not saying ray has done anything illegal, but in my opinion, he is morally a con man.

  • @bigpchamber lets put it this way. God is so holy and pure and our sin keeps us from heaven. its like an operating room. one germ ruins the whole operating room bc it has to be pure and clean.

  • @sluggo06 You talk as if god can't keep us out of hell. God is supposed to be all powerful. Therefore, he should be able to do what ever it takes to keep us out of hell.

To allow us to go to hell is immoral.

  • @bigpchamber He is all powerful, but He is also pure and Holy. He did what He could so we dont have to go to hell. When Jesus died on the cross and rose from the dead our fine was paid so we could live forever in Heaven. When Jesus was on the cross, right before He died He said "It is finished" meaning the penalty had been paid.

  • @sluggo06 I suggest you get as far away from ray as possible. Open your mind and consider any possibility you can think of. Watch some of the religious debates on youtube. I would venture to say most theologians would consider ray full of crap.

  • @bigpchamber ive seen ray debate before. although athiets have compelling statements (i see where there getting at) but ray has some very convicing stuff to say?

  • I feel so bad for Cory. He's obviously struggling with living, feels terrible about himself and how his life's unfolding and clearly is still mourning over his grandfather's death. And then Ray comes along and tries to fuck him up some more! Ray's a terrorist. What's more, Cory's in the right state of mind to be recruited, just like the recruitment targets of Al Qaeda!

  • @nobodyatlocalhost I agree with the first part of your message. But God is indeed the solution to his life. God can make Cory new, God can take all that he is feeling inside and put peace, love and everlasting life. You see is not about making him feel worst, but I wish Ray would have talked to him about his personal feeling seeing as he was struggling you could see it in his eyes. But God is close to the brokenhearted and He can help him and heal his heart, like he did to me.

  • Cory is two things I despise: an ugly sloth-eyed boy, and a white who thinks he's black. He probably gets an allowance from his mother but still thinks he's a gangsta.

  • Ray: You're an atheist, but you just need to believe in God.

Me: Ray, do you believe in the Easter Bunny?

    Ray: No.

Me: Tell ya what. You show me how you can force yourself to honestly believe in the Easter Bunny, then I'll use your method to force myself to believe in your god.

  • I love how Cory treats this dork with his ass and doesn't give a shit about the shit the dork is eating. And at 3:54, you have the perfect example of christianity hypocrisy: you ask this dude about what if he's wrong. But what if your religious bullshit is wrong?

  • @tibyv8 Only God has the abilty to manipulate the First Law of Thermodynamics......or any of them for that matter.

  • Way to make blind people feel great Ray

  • In my opinion best 1 on 1 witnesser in the world Ray is, truly a joy and honor to watch you preach you do it basically perfectly amazes me.

  • The only things I have against Ray (well not against him lol more of a suggestion) is that he freshens up with different methods. Jesus was very creative in his ministry. Ray seems to literally use the same words over and over again.

But regardless God is using him in an Awesome way!

  • @Xavier350 He ties rhetorical knots against people who haven't thought about it in the terms Ray has thought about.

"Why would you choose death and hell?" Because he doesn't believe in hell. Ray doesn't give him a chance. "You know there's a god" Because he says he doesn't believe nothing created nothing Ray jumps from there to there's a god, and gives no further justification as to why it's a personal god or the Christian god. I would say "you've given no reason for me to believe what you say"

  • @Xavier350 1 on 1? are you serious? have you not seen the bruce the atheist.. just make him look like another brainwashed muppet? come on.. this entire mental concept of god is nothing more than a cheap man made trick.

  • Need to post more videos guys, really miss you, your videos are the best.

  • @Xavier350 you need to start making some too! you can do it brother!

  • Do you have a list where the 10 commandments are categories of the 613 mitzwot?

  • You guys only post the interviews with the ignorant and uneducated.

  • No, they post videos of people who don't have to end up in Hell. These are people who Ray and myself are very concerned for if they die in ther sins! How educated/intelligent one is really doesn't matter. We get everlasting life through repentance and faith not education and intelligence! E

  • There will be a ton of 'educated' people in Hell. Intelligence doesn't save you, Christ does.

It doesn't matter who they interview or what video they post, every person they interview will be shut up under the law. There is nothing a "degree" or your "I.Q." can do for you. Christ is the ONLY one that can Justify us before a Holy and Righteous God. Repent and Trust in the Savior. He is the ONLY way.

  • Pray for Cory.

  • The fool hath said in his heart, there is no God. Psalms says

  • I love Gods Conviction on peoples hearts, you dont always see the "im saved" during the interview but you know when you got them thinking about how much God loves them and wants them to turn their life over to him...great interview i think!

  • Good job Ray :)

  • great job!
