  • Rock-en that mini -14 ..... I love shooting mine !

  • you are a fag if you think a 30-06 cant kill a bear

  • sir....you just flipped me off...lol jk that was badass :D

  • I need to get myself a mini-14...fantastic rifles!!!

  • thats what i need, a 40 round mag. i got the 20 and 30 and of course the 5 round

  • Your a better man than I am I've only shot out to about 50 yards so far with mine

  • what caliber was that?

  • @kentawagi .223

  • @kentawagi sry for late reply, but that be .223 remington or 5.56 nato, the ruger Mini 14 can use either. Also, there is a Mini-30, which fires 7.62x39mm (AK round) NOT 7.62x51 NATO lol. And a version that shoots 6.8SPC rounds..... I like .223 the best tho....

  • semiautomatic only? I still want one but was wondering if it was selective fire like its older brother.

  • @WannaBeBalla1 no jus semi, you could convert it yourself(illegal of course lol)

it was really jus made for accurate target shooting, hunting, and as a ranch rifle for farmers to kill shit fuckin wth their livestock

incredible gun though i own 2

  • I want a t shirt like that. :o) shoot em up.

  • I live in MA and I was wondering with an fid can j buy this since it has mags that go over 10 rounds

  • How acurate is that?

  • that was the first 40rd mag i see working right

  • Oooh look at that badass!! He can flip the camera off!!!

  • Love the mini 14

  • what caliber is this gun in?

  • @jetdog95 its chambered in .223

  • hi cap magazine is legal if you have no evil features?

  • Dude.... Eye protection! you really should wear some!

  • So. You said you were removing your eyes from your sight for a reason.... What reason? You were also taking you cheek off the stock, what reason? It just looks like bad practice. I cant think of a good reason to take my eyes off the site post.

  • how accurate are they, like how many yards?

  • iam getting me one in another week or two cant wait

  • @Choncho203 Yup me too, my background check n such will be finished on the 6th of July. WIll be my first owned firearm and I feel it will be a great success.

  • This looks alot like Hodge Rd.

  • Nice Mini-14 shoot'n!

I FOUND WORLD'S FASTEST FULL-AUTO RUGER 10/22 RIFLE. Take look at this wild thing on my YouTube. It's crazy fast!

  • Head phones there do they work. Do they actually keep it quiet.

  • WOW! He's using a 40 round mag and its not chamming for once.

  • @chnkeymnkey33

    Imbread? Shouldn't it be Inbred?

  • @playdoweater that automatically makes him the inbred.

  • breaking your grip and cheek weld for super short range shooting is stupid. I wont get into it, you wont understand anyway

if you had gone to parris island instead of hiding at home playing video games you'd know the basics of rifle shooting. Urah!

  • Get Em While U Can,

    and buy bullets, LOTS

I need a couple more Rugers , one of these and another 22

Remember, They're no good without bullets, I prefer cans full

  • hey cool gun where can i buy one for cheap

  • What's the maximum effective (lethal or debilitating) range on one of those bad boys? 300 yards or so?

  • Not positive but probably 400-500 yards and alot more with work put into it.

  • Gahhh, the Mini 14 has to be one of the best "all around" weapons available to date. I'm now a believer! haha Last questions, reliability. How does she stand up to rain, dust, etc? And how often (if cleaned regularly/properly) do you encounter a jam?

  • in the tags it says california how did you get a license for over 10 rounds?

  • I bought the mags in 1999 before the ban. ;-)

  • @wearemisled2 haha nice one of my friends bought a 15 round mag for his glock before the ban

  • @wearemisled2

lol oh you........ You cant approve or disapprove if a magazine is pre ban or not because there is no serial numbers or any way to track them. Good line though.

  • @wearemisled2 hey, I am just wondering if that rifle has a serial # of 196... I just bought a rifle with this serial and it says it was a 1999-2001...it has flip up rear sight and front blade sight.. how is the accuracy on yours? I haven't been able to fire it yet..hopefully this weekend! Thank you.

  • @wearemisled2 Sorry for your loss man :( What kind of ammo are you using?

  • @wearemisled2

    Can you still use them?

    how accurate is it?

  • @mikey41297 the fine or tax is for after gunz made i believe in the 2000's before the law came into effect. you can get high capacity mad if there made before a certain year i forget the year though. im not entirely sure

  • what kind of shirt is that

  • It's a Hitman shirt. My late friend Justin Levens was sponsored by them.

    R.I.P. Justin

  • i'm sorry to hear about that

  • I finally have enough cash to buy one. It will be a merry christmas at my house this year :)

  • that would be nice with a pistol grip

  • i gotta say this is my favorite gun to shoot 223 is a fun caliber to shoot

  • @xInFeCtEdv

for sure, I love my ar15. hits nicely.

  • Yeah, I love my AR-15 too!

  • @67mustangreg Ya I love my non-existant AR-15 too here in Illinois

  • Where can I get one with a black synthetic stock and 20 round mag just like the stock ones from ruger, halfway cheap? thanks!

  • best bet would be to get an actual model number from Ruger and call around for it. You ca also try a few gun dealer websites, juts google and you'll find them.

  • the a team rifle. wow its so cool

  • que groso esta de 10

  • Nice video! One of my favorite rifles.

  • Plinkers at best? O.K. give me a five round mag and you go run around a hundred yards out and we'll see if I can hit you.

  • @Crimble67 what sorta point would that make? You think you would do any good with 100 soldiers running at you with loaded guns with that 5 round magazine? Not everyone buys these guns to fuck around with.

  • @Crimble67 they shud do that to the terrorists haha :D

  • Hey you got a 40 round mag like I do for mine! Awesome.

  • i always had trouble with the 40 rounders...:-(

  • Kind of looks like you were in Cajon Pass. Good stuff though, guy.

  • I just bought a 1998 mini 14 ranch with 2 30rd. mags, and 40 rds of 223. I paid $550. It's stainless in perfect condition!

  • yeah i just bought a used stainless KMINI-14, my first purchase

  • whoever said that the Mini 14 was inaccurate with multiple shots didn't shoot very well, this guy looks like he knows what hes doing and hes hitting very well. with multiple rounds. I love my mini, and nice shooting!

  • Big 5 Sporting Goods sells the Min14

at $799.99 when they are on sell they go as low as $659.00

  • lol im getting mini14 tactical for $641,, new.

  • How much do Mini-14s go for these days?

  • Typically anywhere from 500 to 1500 dollars, it depends on the version.

  • Nice rifle and shooting; Is that a 30 round mag.?it looks really bad ass

  • Well in the video info it says it is a 40 round mag......

  • how dependable are those hi-cap mags? I heard the pro-mags are quite problematic.

  • Dont bother with Pro-Mags, they are garbage, go with tapco mags if you want a synthetic mag.

  • Thats Awesome Man, I just took on 2 cars for restore, so im in the money now, looking to get one today.

  • Damnit i want one of these so bad, its definately next in my collection. Just gotta finish saving money...

  • i may be getting one on thursday

  • I want one. Please can you send me one for Christmas I will be your buddy for life if u do !!

  • Mini 14 is so bad ass.

  • Because you are wrong kid! People don't like know it alls that know nothin.

  • oh video games ha i hate them no offense to any one out there i own a m1 and im just saying that they are very simmlar i cant really tell what kind of bullet it was flying out of the gun

  • klrdrummer... sorry but get ur mind out of COD... the mini 14 looks like the M1, but it fires a .223, compared to the m1 which fires a 30 cal. carbine (or 30 cal "pistl round") easily confused though.

  • LOL m14 mini 14 and m1s are the same basic look just m-14 has magazine

  • urmonx...

    M14, M1a are .308 cartridge and - Mini14 is 223... not the same amigo.

  • So does an AK, an AR, a G3 and a FAMAS, but those guns aren't anything like an m14, m1 or mini 14...the presence of a magazine means nothing except that it can hold multiple rounds at a time in a detachable box...

  • carbine or garand because GARAND RULES!!!

  • i like both!!!!! to bad the ammo is rediculously priced....

  • its based on the garand action but does not look anything like either the garand or the carbine.

  • good controlled shooting and nice camera work

  • What model Mini-14 is that?

  • more than likely a ranch rifle version. you can get it in stainless or blued. mine is blued .which is just fine unless your out on a yacht in the salt water enviroment. if you notice all the calif prison guards use mini 14 in stainless because alot of them are on the coast.

  • Nice, it's on my christmas list.

  • is this is like a M1 Carbine?

  • my bad, my friend has fired an ultimax 100 and he says it is full auto only. though you can learn to squeeze 1 bullet at a time.

  • if you can get any gun even military and the rounds from nato as well i'd say go for a ac556(which is the full auto mini) or ultimax 100 but they're full auto (can be switched to single shots too)

  • the mini 14 is a 22 correct?

  • yes. 223 but it's a bit longer than the pistol 22 so the added mass also increases damage. believe me. when a bullet hits the target the energy from the added inertia makes it more likely that it will liquify you insides once it penetrates the skin

  • is .223 the nado round

  • the nato round is for military use, it's the same but the name is different and they can come hollow or incendiary is my guess. the nato's name is 5.56x45mm NATO. but it seems to be the same dimensions and shape/mass then the remington .223 so it's basically another way to measure it, in milimiters i think

  • im looking to get a .22 any recomendations. preferably a semi-auto

  • i have a mini 14, i hear it's better than the keltec and AR rifles; they're all semi automatic. they're the easiest to find too at least for the civilian. if you were military i'd tell you to get a ULTIMAX 100 from singapore but for the civilians mini14 is the best rifle you can get, it's light and you won't attract so much attention you could just say you're hunting ducks or something

  • Isnt the .223 seated a little longer in the casing? I thought thats the only difference between the .223 and 5.56x45. I think the .223 is seated a little longer and the 5.56 is seated shorter. I do know that if a barrel is riffled for 5.56x45 you will lose a little accuracy due to the tip of a .223 coming in contact with the rifling sooner and not spinning correctly. my facts may be a little off but im pretty sure im on the right track.

  • I got ahead of myself when talking about a barrel rifled for 5.56. If you shoot a .223 instead of a 5.56 you will lose a tad bit of accuracy.(thats what i ment to say :) )

  • a .223 is a 5.56

  • he's talking about the 5.56x45 NATO military round, which has almost the same dimensions as the 223 rem, but has a thicker case(from higher pressures), and the bullet seating as mentioned above. You can fire a 223 round in a 5.56 nato rifle, but is is discouraged to fire a military 5.56x45 NATO in a civilian .223 remington rifle.

  • I gotcha

  • thats an interesting point you bring up. i thought 5.56 and .223 were identical. but i could be wrong. as nato is 5.56 and civilian is .223

  • wait there is a difference?

  • Between the garand and the carbine? For one, the carbine shoots pistol rounds, I believe, and I think the firing mechanism is ever so slightly different. Don't quote me on that, though, I'm not a gun expert per se.

  • Mini 14s are the cat's ass.....imo

  • Nice shooting.

  • where did you get a 40 round clip from?

the largest ive seen for sale is a 30 round which is illegal here in NY lol

  • how much they typically cost?

  • haha. those are some "bros" if i've ever seen one

  • Nice Shooting!

    ~Kasp£arfo

  • a .22 yeah right, a muzzle break can't do all that. your full of shit

  • mini 14's are really good rifles, you can't have an opinion unless you've shot them. by the way, rifles dont have to look fancy, that's not the point to them! you know the stopping power to one of these baby's? intense.

  • Yea min 14s are awsome. They are one of the funnest guns to shoot.

  • Yea I love mini 14s. they are one of my favorite guns to shoot. They are more reilable than AR15s. The new ones are accurate unlike the old ones. they kick ass.

  • you can get them dirty and sandy and they work like new. however, i keep it clean!

  • Yea I always try and keep my guns clean, but atleast in a combat situation you won't have to worry about it jamming because of crap in the gun.

  • most definitely! haha, also is a pretty easy gun to clean as well.

  • dude...your farts probably recoils more than a mini-14..please refrain from talking unless you know what you are speaking about. Thank you, goodnight.

  • No they are big rifles that are pleasant to shoot but unpleasant to carry :( cause they are heavy

  • very true....

  • dude even 308 has a very little recoil compared to a 12 gauge shotgun,try a cetme(HK G3) and see the difference

  • Mini 14's may be the greatest civilian rifle ever... call me crazy all you want, but nothing but my step dads LE M4 can compare to my Mini 14! Hunting with it is a blast, plus its reliable and very very light! Add a scope on that bad boy OP, and you have got a good time!

  • So cool. I want one.

  • A little less than a 12 guage? Jeez! Mine doesn't kick nearly that much.

  • good control

  • still send the casings about 30 ill be on the range and hit people that are 2-3 lanes away

LOL sorta like a bad muffler

  • i shot one of these before. sure with a much smaller clip, but just as much punch. this gun rocks!

  • a mighty fine weapon you got there

  • i seen u flic that bird

  • Please guys, understand a clip is NOT a magazine. A magazine positions the bullet to be fired, and a clip loads the magazine.

  • what the hell mine kicks like hell a shell casing flew out so fast it took a chip out my unckles hummer and then he got hit in the head with a shell and started bleading

  • Try different ammo! O_O

  • what kind of ammo do u use we use like wolf and factory reloaded 55 grn

  • well theres the problem. Some minis can be picky about what ammo they eat. Mine likes the good stuff and will only accept that, like Winchester and Remington. Every once and a while I can get away with feeding it Federal ammo. Overall, I think a lot a people have problems with Wolf, I know I did.

  • Mini 14s' don't "kick like hell". Its .223, a small round. Not much of a kick there. Are you sure you have a mini 14 and not a bigger rifle?

  • i found out the problem me and my unckle when we cleaned the mini we used this crappy gun oil and i globed out the bolt so it was kickin more we used now we use lithium grease and now it dosnt kick as much but it still send the casings about 30 ill be on the range and hit people that are 2-3 lanes away

  • Oh, right on man. Make sure you keep that thing clean, and make sure not to use cheap corrosive ammo. Cool vid man.

  • yeah

  • where did u get the 40rnd clip

  • Ruger Mini-14 .223, the best damn rifle ever!!!!

  • filthy walrus, quit being a know it all. he shoots the way it's comfrotable for him. like i being right handed would wrap my left arm around so that the foregrip rests on my left forearm. its just what's comfortable.

  • i'm not being a know it all, his head shouldn't pop up like that on a .223. He'll be able to shoot more accurately because his sight picture won't change as much each time also.

  • can't really do this in canada..i miss those days!!

  • maybe you should move

  • if the poster reads this, you should press your cheek down more to the stock your head shouldn't be coming off the stock like that on a 223

  • I dont think that is a 223 sounds more like 7.62

  • the mini-14 is .223, the mini-30 is the x39 version.

  • that's why you don't see any brand new mini 14's (in CA) with banana clips hanging out of them lol.

  • I wouldn't take advice from the person who calls them " Banana Clips". lol

    They're called magazines.

  • its a slang term,the shape!!huh!

  • to ibleedredwhitenblue: There is not a federal law against high capacity mags but in California you can't have more than a 10 rounder or it will be a misdemeanor or something. But if you had the magazines before the high capacity magazine ban you can use it, but i mean how are you supposed to prove that you had it before that ban?

  • Magazines were often stamped in a pattern that makes them identifiable as being either pre-ban or post-ban, per the law.

So technically, if you did, say...buy a pre-ban magazine in Nevada, and brought it back to California?

Believe it or not, actually enough of a grey area to be considered legal.

  • just like a-team!

  • Nice Mini-14. Do the 40 round mags always feed as well as it did in this video bro? Much appreciated. Cool vid

  • looks like pretty accurate shooting offhand with a mini-nice, great lookin weapon

  • In my experience, these are the loudest rifles short of a 50.cal, I was shooting my friends .44 magnum, and the guy next to me had a mini 14, it was much louder

  • Indeed, very LOUD !!! check spfi38

  • im not putting those things cuz i dont even know wut that is some1 hacked onto my stuff

  • i mean, i think if you get the magazine before that law you can legally own and use it

  • Before what modern law are you talking about? IDK if your talking about a new state law somewhere or what, but there are no exhisting Federal laws that ban you from buying high cap mags. Hell you can find 75round drum mags for your AK on gunbroker, and anything else. Or were yall refering to the old AWB from the asshole Clinton days? God those were sickening times.

  • he probably got it before the ban

  • i have a mini too but i have mine fully auto ,very accurate rifle

  • I wouldnt admit to committing illegal activities on the internet if I were you.

  • Well, he can have it if he has the warrant, meaning he pays like 1000 dollars a year for it. Yeah, you're right, probably unlikely. Nevermind.

  • Hah ye exactly just from looking at his profile and then him commenting on how mini-14's are accurate I knew he was a bullshitter or illegally owned one<(not so much, I doubt this kids ever seen a real gun).

  • i was thinking about buying a mini 14 or 30 which one do you recommend?

  • 7.62x39 rounds are a little bit cheaper if you dont buy high quality rounds. I dont know if a mini 30 will perform well without high quality rounds. My Ak handles them fine but ak's can handle about all the grime and crap you can give 'em

  • mini 14

  • To chrismc410,

You are correct. That is one thing Ruger got right when they designed the Mini-14. It is chambered to fire 5.56, which obviously means it can fire .233 with no issues. Now if only they would produce more factory made hi-capacity magazines and other tactical accessories.

  • Why more factory made ones? I had zero issues with my aftermarket 40,50, custom 60 round mags.
