I was hoping for a deeper analysis, but his examples of "market failure" are actually quite superficial. I like to attack "market failure" right at the roots of the concept. What is a market and what exactly constitutes failure? Every single time, the person putting forth the concept is reduced to saying "Other people aren't doing what I want them to do." In other words, it's a phony concept invented by big-government folk in order to justify their interference with other people.
