  • @basicbill1 as long as you do it safely, thats alll that matters, I got use to landing in cods on a carrier, so every landing on land is a good one to me..lol

  • I remmber a long time ago in oshkosh,wis, i was just nine years old! Me and my dad were on the flight line and he and i looked at each other and paid the 250$ a person to take a ride! once in a lifetime oppertunity! by the way i am now 38 Thank you to all that keep are flying heritage aloft!

  • Not only do we love watching the Train Video's but the Plains are awesome, especially this B-29. I lived right down the road from Dupage Airport, and used to go and sit and watch planes all the time... The "Air Shows " they had there were the Best !!!! They took it all away now , it will never be the same... Chicago air show is not the same as Dupage was... it will never be as good as Dupage either.... Thanks Bill ,,, bring on the Planes !!!!

  • My Uncle helped build the landing gear at Cessna Aircraft in Wichita, Kansas. The rest of them were built at Boeing in Wichita, Kansas. I use got to an old airport and watch them land full of bullet holes to be repaired. Great video of a great old memory :-)
