Having spent suffient time researching Peter Tosh in my estimation i happen to belive that this man who once lived was Fatidic, you only have to listen to his words, his sentences, his instinctive pious observations, why he had such foresight and wisdom from above infact i would go as far as to say that Peter Tosh may well have been a semi-mortal preternatural being.
