Thanks for posting this excellent video. I have this song on Anthology: Through the Years, and it's seriously the best anthology/compilation I have. I've got over 70 compilations by various rock artists, and Petty's is easily the best. 2 discs, too! I love this song and the compilation. Get it if you don't have it, people!
@jcdenton7 Check out Tom's new album , Live Anthology. Four discs, 48 songs - all for $19.98. Or you can get a boxed set version which includes a fifth CD plus all sorts of goodies. If you're a Petty diehard, as I absolutely am, you will LOVE this album. I think it's the best live album since The Stones' Get Yer Ya-Ya's Out.
@TVC15ohoh - Hey, thanks for the tip. If you haven't checked out the Mudcrutch album put out by Petty and friends from around 2008, I can assure you it's quite good. (By the way, nice Bowie reference in your name. I love that song.)
And thank you for your tip. I do indeed have the Mudcrutch album and it is indeed quite good. In fact, I saw them in concert when they did their brief little California tour. I tried desparately to catch one of their 6 shows at The Troubadour here in LA. but the tix had been on sale for an hour or so. By the time I was aware of the tour, there were no tix available. Fortunately, I caught them in Santa Barbara on a Saturday night a few days before their LA dates and they were outstanding!
Fantastic Video! Love Love Love these photos! Thanks for posting! Rock on!

Tom Petty wrote this song in the 70's and it was recorded in 1982 by Phil Seymour. He later recorded it himself in 2000.
