@ChocolateLoverROFL you'll get better I was born for drill and got every thing the first or third try but not everyone is like that I'm luck someone in my squadron who's last name is scarber sucked at drill now he's really good
Thats fucking legit right there. CCT's are fuckin high speed. My cousin is a CCT so something like this would be pretty ballin even though I am Army (I saw some Army Airborne School and the Special Forces Green Beret soldier Hooah!)
@trelewis3 Its pretty sweet. though,on a regular basis i wouldnt say that we do that many great things. My division drills at a coast guard station, so we're closely connected with the coasties. we train with them and go on coast guard cutters. The best part of being a sea cadet are the summer trainings. After completing a boot camp (there are alot of different places were u can attend one, some of them are taught by Navy drill instructors and are the same diffulculty as navy bootcamp) you can
@trelewis3 attend summer trainings of your choice. they have some pretty sick legit ones like Navy seal training, SWCC training, Navy diver/eod, field ops, airman training, rescue swimmer training, etc. and if your a high rank u can sometimes live and work with the navy or coast guard for 2 weeks at one of their bases. what are flyboys?
I attended this activity and I can think of nothing but positive sentiments. It is super hard! Get in shape and stay that way! Awesome instructors, awesome activity!
CCOC is open to anyone in CAP. Cadet who apply must be 15yrs old, completed an encampment, and have earned the Wright Brothers Award. Senior Members must have completed Level I and be a least a 2d Lt. The CCOC website has the full details.
whoa, what is this!? this looks great ive always been interested in PJOC and now this looks sweet too. It wasn't on the list for 2010 NCSAs so it supposed to open for 2011?
does this require a NCSA review board or is this a separate thing such as Hawk Mountain or NESA? I just found out about this but the review boards have come and gone.
Also how do they make selections, is it just based on a Form 31 and PT or is there more such as an interview and essay?
For the application instructions, google the Fayetteville Composite Squadron Website and go to the CCOC link. I can't post the link here, because youtube will not let me. Enjoy!
CCOC will be THE most challenging, thrilling, and worthwhile CAP Cadet Activity you'll ever attend, bar none. As a 2009 Plank Class Alumnus, I guarantee that the staff, planning, and execution of this course are exemplary. THIS IS A MUST-DO Cadet Activity!!! Get in top condition physically, though... you have been warned!
who else is applying for 2012?

Cadets need to be 15yrs old, and a c/SSgt, and have completed a summer encampment. Senior members must be a 2d Lt or a TFO and have their Level 1.

Aww that sucks. I must be 15 and 2d Lt. to join. 3 years to go and need to rank up fast!
EODEngineerSadornas 6 months ago
@EODEngineerSadornas You just need to be a C/SSgt. (E-4), 2d Lt. is just for senior members (18yo or older)
