after actually whatching the video properly, it is obvious that i am not in the wrong and i DID leave room for kart 92.
if u use the centerline of the track for a reference point u can see that i am consistantly moving away from kart 92.

i did not allow kart 92 enough room on the straight, and was penilised for it
but the bullshit story that i flicked the steeringwheel and smashed into him in order to try and win is just wrong.
