All this hand mixing,drill holding, pot rocking, heavy lifting, etc., I'm a lazy schmuck as undoubtedly you have discovered by now ...;) for $850 I'd like something like a centrifuge that you flip a switch & forget it.
Let machines do the work. We are after all in the 21st century.
I dislike the manual operator input (6:49) Diesel or gas would have to $300 per gallon before I'd resort to such archaic methods.
But once fully automated the concept is fine.
