This is not fake, why? look at the cave itself the lava is moving, the torches are moving properly like they should and the character it self moves properly & the dragon died normaly not like in mopar's they wide up into shapes and then the drop comes, look at the hits they are proper. And at 0:08 i think, look below the dragon the bolts effect they are normal as it would be in runescape.. so first look at the details and then comment... nice vid btw
