Which is why he scorred low in his own party... he spent too much (his base rejected the teaming up with Kennedy for spending more on the Dept of Education when "Reaganites" want to abolish that Dept all-together - for instance). Obama scores low because his base wants him to spend more, for instance. Less vs more.
