that irrigated corn could be irrigated if settled in the northern desert (south east of plain and south west of plain). irrigation can spread through city built on desert!
I know you have probably played past this video, but with unrestricted leaders you really should configure the BUG scoreboard to show leader AND civ name so you will stop confusing yourself (and us).
@Gotrilliten Granaries basically halve the time required for cities to grow and work more tiles, and give health bonuses for grain resources allowing cities to grow bigger & faster, making them more productive. Also, they make slavery even more awesome because one of the main considerations when whipping are the tile improvements that will be unworked due to lost citizens - Granaries let you re-work them sooner, and lets you whip more frequently. Lastly, population is a major component of score.
lol when saw you steal tech on your mongolLP I wondered if it would be possible to just ignore research and steal every tech there is. nd now your actually doing it
Anyway I thought for sure you were going to get Pyramids with all the gold you'll be getting you could rush-buy a boat-load of troops and then use spies to stop the enemy from building any new units. Could be effective I guess.
Well it sure is very interesting! I wonder how you're going to win! It's gonna be War or Diplo me thinks!

Why are granaries the best economic building in the game, I don't really understand what they do, I just know they are awesome.

@Gotrilliten
They essentially double city growth rate; most output in this game comes from tile yield...
