  • For kick and snare why you make 4 audio channel?

  • Haha your master is peaking. Poor form.

  • what wave forms are you using?

  • wow that what a pretty great rendition, although you need to add in that slap bass line :3

  • I think im buying a Microkorg XL next year. What du you recommend me to buy to it? To get a complete set. Like add-ons, digital editor, etc.

Sorry for my bad English, but I think you get it. :)

    Thanks!

  • You should really fix the pan on the drum channels. It is playing mostly on the right.

  • tutorial please??

  • can you send me this patch? will be owning korg radias soon! :-)

  • @NearlyAMusician shoot me your email ;)

  • @korsetti1

shot you my email in private message: ) thanks in advance! getting radias in 3 days :D

  • @korsetti1

    thanks man! :-)

  • @korsetti1 ooooo me too!!! :)

  • what did you do to make this sound :D?

  • dude....diggin your work! reckon you could send me the patch? the sound is mint

  • so legit, awesome work.

  • I think strings are a sample from Sunny - Boney M. It could sounds better

  • cooooll!!!

do you mind to send me the patch bro? gonna see if it work on MS2000 :)

  • @grahadea yep, email ;)

  • @korsetti1 i need it too send me the patch plz rockerkid1231@ymail.com

  • Have you msn?

  • @Wsauce need help?

  • this is probably an unbelievably stupid question... but is it possible to run other keyboards through the radias r rack unit? i have an m-audio axiom 49. if i bought just the radias rack unit, would it be possible to use the axiom in place of the radias's stock keyboard? i've googled the hell out of this but i haven't been able to find a conclusive answer, so i figured i'd ask.

  • @reggietheporpoise yes it's possible, radias module has MIDI IN, OUT and THRU so you can control it via midi like all rack units ;)

  • @korsetti1 cool, thanks. that's what i thought, but i was a bit confused about the korg komponent system since i read that only the m3 and the stock radias keyboard were compatible with it. how's the radias for recording with ableton? and btw... awesome cover of phantom. figure i should at least give you the credit you deserve before bothering you with questions :p.

  • @reggietheporpoise nevermind :) btw radias is really cool for electro and techno stuff, it as a solid and powerfull sound for dirty synths. With ableton i use only via audio, so it's like all others synths :)

  • @korsetti1 cool. i wanna mess around with making "dirty analog" sounds for electro type stuff. operator is definitely cool, but i need a more "real" interface to get the hang of it. radias seems like a good way to go. not as good as like an ms-20, but i don't have $2000 to throw around for something i'm still learning on. thanks for the feedback man.

  • How old are you?

  • amazing!

  • wowie zowie, you rock out soooo hard i love it. any links to you original material if any?

  • @CLEFFPALLETTE2

yep: myspace dot com slash 12inchplastictoys

  • realy awesome brosky. i love watchin people ripppin it in there studios. what r u yousing for mastering?

  • @CLEFFPALLETTE2 basically...ableton live :)

  • good job!

  • I LOVE U!

  • does the patch use more than 2 timbres? If not I'll PM you my email, if you could send it to me. I'm gonna try and recreate it on my R3 :-)

  • @drakeishfyre the patch uses only 1 timbre :)

  • can you send me the patch please?

  • @iusedsl yep, give me your email via PM and i'll send u the patch ;)

  • awesome!

  • You skipped a beat at 1:58 but overall it's pretty cool

  • Cool

  • hey is that a beringher bcd mixer 3000 sitting above the laptop

  • @dftpnk1997 no, its a beringher bcr2000 controller with knobs, i use this to control ableton live with a novation launchpad

  • r i see the same daft punk used on there alive 2007 tour to control midi levels etc. sweet

  • Yeah sorry i meant for the Korg, thanks :)

  • Yeah i know, but what were the sounds you originated from?

  • @93Crysta you mean wich part is playng the radias?

  • @93Crysta or if you mean the original sound of the korg it was a simple sine wave...

  • How exactly did you get that fade in fade out type of sound with the bass line? Any idea what I'm talking about?

  • @DrFronz yea i understand. Its a sound technique called "sidechain" :)

  • Thanks man. Looked it up and learned all about it. Mucho apreció.

  • What sound did you use on the Korg?

  • @93Crysta was an initial patch modified

  • Thanks for the help Lorenzo.

  • @Teedotyyz u're welcome!

  • Impressive. Can't even imagine how much that synth cost ):

  • cool post man...the medlody needs alittle more production to sound more like the original...but the bass is just like it !!

  • Very nice!! Do you already create you own songs?

  • Do you know of any cheaper synths that could produce similar sounds?

  • i'll look around and i will let you know

  • cheaper synth:

reason 4.0 with the luckydate electro refills v2.0

    they work great.

  • amazing! I sure wish I had the money to have a setup like that. How do you make such a unique sound? And is that ableton live you are using?

  • thanks :)

If you haave a radias i can send you the patch for this synth sound. It was an initial preset when i started to create it. (a simple saw wave).

And...yess, it's ableton live 8! But the kick and snare are samples from a Roland TR808.

  • I only wish to someday own a radias but for now I have a yamaha MM6 which does the basics of everything but it works well! With a real synth like that can you pretty much make any type of sound? I'm not familiar with the synthesizers

  • you know....it depends on the kind of synth you have. There are additive synths, FM synths, subtractive synths.... there are a lot of way to create a sound.

The radias is a virtual-analog synth, and has a multi modeling technology synth engine.

I really like Radias, it has a very powerfull sound for electro music, and techno stuff.

  • I just got a radias - would you please send me the patch? Thanks!

  • @SythnSmurf yes, give me your email and i'll send you the patch

  • Me too please,If it wouldn't be too much of a hassle. :]

  • @PhaseonX no problem, but send email via PM :)

  • Great job. Love this song.

  • thanks ;)

  • What patch are you using on the Radias?

  • it was an initial patch modified.

  • euhm.... Awesome!?

  • thx
