I love Rock Band and the old Guitar Hero games (Harmonix FTW). I had the demo for this a long time ago, and randomly found a copy of it at a pawn shop about 2 months ago. It's fantastic, and yes, it will always be x10000 better than Audiosurf, because Audiosurf isn't a music game, nor is it even really a game.

I played the demo more than 500 times back then and was so happy when I got the full game. I wish there would be such a game for PC, not this Guitar Hero bullshit.. This is much more fun in my personal opinion. And Audiosurf is nothing compared to this game.

Guitar Hero was created by the same team that made Frequency and Amplitude. They now make Rock Band. In a recent interview, they mentioned that after Rock Band 3 they'd like to get back into the rave scene and make another game on the heels of Amp/Freq.

I think this game gave me the musical talents that I have today. I played this on a demo disc, and got addicted. Whenever I listen to music now I sort of move a finger up when a note comes up, and the higher the note is the further down to the right the finger is that I lift up. I pretty much say I can sense rhythm perfectly; everybody in my family says that I have a musical gift.

Oh thats good. I'm not a fan of this song, and It took a few trys, but this was the only song I got 5 bars on when i actually decided to go with any mistakes I had and move on.
