when you are hung out to dry by workers comp and you cant make an income and your life is being ruined are you just going to sit by and go homeless or are you going to take pain pills to feel better and do whatever work you can. If he said he can't work at all I guess he is lying but didn't look like he did much.

If state employees claim they are unable to work then they shouldn't be anywhere near a construction site. In no way is that going to help them recover from their injuries. That being said, they have no right to be outside in a construction area where they could potentially suffer more danger and miss more time from work. The video is proof of fraudulent claims.

To NORMAL, LOGICAL people, there is nothing going on here. However the people who make and interpret these videos will take something ordinary and turn it into bullshit! They say that they are trying to catch fraudulant WC people but in reality they will take anything they can get and twist and contort it into whatever they want to benefit the insurance company. I just hope everyone has a good attorney and compassionate judge on their side. Life can be really miserable.

I never saw anyone committing any fraud in this video. There are three men standing around talking. If that is your evidence of fraud, please go back to kindergarten and learn everything all over again.
