Well, wizards can be 150 years, around twice the age of muggles. We have 20 year differences, sometimes, too. But for wizards it would technically be 10 years due to life expectancy, right? She is also an adult at some point. Most SSHG are with an older Hermione.

And I don't think, "going out with teacher" it's something wrong, if you're adult, even if he/she is twice your age.
