  • I just cant get enough with this recipe! This is really good!

  • 1. stream fish 25 mins

    2 while streaming fish, making sauce by adding all sauces (pepper, sesame oil, soup, suces, sugar, and liquor. then bring to a boil till it's hot)

    3. pour (2) on top of (1) no need to pour away the soup which came from fish streaming.

    4 garnish with sliced ginger, fresh chili, and green oinion

  • @salsa89rita It's the same as the Chinese steamed fish recipes. Just be sure to put veggies under the fish to allow steam under to cook thru.

  • The pouring of the hot sauce let that great dish down. Needs to be much hotter to sizzle the garnish and release more flavour, otherwise they are just there for looks.
