I've watched this quite a few times, but there're just a few things that bug me.  Jarlaxle's hat, the amount of drow stepping into sunlight, and Aegis-Fang's overbearing size, (it can be just a little smaller) it's a great video don't get me wrong and the only one of the 3 I listed that really bugs me is the hat... it's not supposed to be a sombraro, it's supposed to be a wide brimmed hat....

A very well done animation. My only complaint is in how they view some of the characters outfits. Jar's hat, for instance, is missing the well known feather.

Suffice to say, all around I am very pleased with their work and hope they continue to do stuff like this in the future, where ever they may be.

have you seen the streams of silver film adaption by the two american guys playing drizzt and artemis, its fucking brilliant, they really portray the conflict between drizzt and entreri aswell as some insane sword fights, i watched the old star wars films and couldnt;s stop laughing how slow the lightsaber fights were compared to how drizzt and artemis fought, check it out, just search "drizzt live action movie"

Like Jarlaxle, except the first time Drizzt and Entreri meet, they're in Mithril Hall. And yes, Guenhwyvar figuring is a small replica of Guen, except he retains the figurine. Jarlaxle is the guy with the hat, and the others are the drow of Bregan D'aethere. (Zaknafein, Drizzt's father, helped Jarlaxle. You find this out in the Silent Blade.)

actually i find this illustration of Aegis Fang to be the most accurate. When read it gives the impression of a much longer handle, ( i would a bit shorter than a staff) and then the war hammer head. And if you look at the history of dwarf made hammers they are exactly that, long and and bulky head. The only difference with Aegic Fang is that it was designed specifically for Wulfgar making the hammer much larger.

Absolutely brilliant. Everything fromt the way Bruenor strode straight ahead neither looking from side to side, to how Wulfgar looked all about, and Regis looking ever behind him. The animation of the fight was so fluidic and seemed so natural. Beautiful stuff. I wonder if Salvatore himself has ever seen this. If not, he should. Bravo.

Still its only a sketch animated movie, so if the final version would ever be released it can look aloot difrent.

For everyone who is critical about the timeline of events and whether Jarlaxle and Art showed up with Drow in the first book or not. I do not think that this animation was meant to be accurate. They were trying to show what they could do. They through everything together to get to a fight quickly. They wanted to visually establish all of the characters first, then battle it out. In reference to earlier comments. The Drow accent is much closer to Russian or Czech than Hispanic.

What you fail to see my friend is Catti-Brie killing these giants and goblins with Taulmaril. Companion of the hall 1 Jaraxel/Artimes crew 0. And btw what ever happened to Briza? I have not read the books in order so I know that Vierna was recruited into house Baenre, Maya died, but there is no mention in the book I am reading about Briza. Did Jaraxle kill her or maybe Dinin??? As a show of loyalty to Bregan D'aerthe.

After Briza killed Matron Malice, Briza is killed by Jaraxle. It's never seen, but it's heavily implied he kills her.

I think the serpents on her whip killed her. The weapon is a weapon of Lolth, and when Malice screwed Du'orden over in in Lolths disfavor. Therefore the serpent heads attacked her.

But Jarlaxle most likely killed her. Idk. lol
