most fighting games on ps3 and xbox, support only 720p, I upscaled it to 1080p for youtube.

however you can force the game to appear in 1080p, though it may not have a good refresh rate (per say) when you set up the HDMI, you need to disable 480p and 720p, and 1080i, and leave 1080p the only option. that will force games to 1080p.

however not all games will show up when forced.

@RyonsVids im well aware of this technique but the game itself must support native 1080i to be upscaled also game smoothing, deep color, cross color reduction, super white and full rgb also give you better picture quality (although requires a little extra processor but that hasnt been a problem for any of my games)

as i said the game is recorded on 720p, as most fighting games do not go up to 1080i.

i dont think the inanimate backgrounds are there because of the hardwares limitations..i mean,its just a bunch of pre-rendered background..shouldnt be a big deal..so i think(i might be wrong tho')that they did it on purpose..too much stuff moving on such a small screen would probably get very confusing.the game does look good for a handheld tho'
