I think John himself said that this song is about not falling from whatever you have (happiness, sucess etc). He describes it as a universal force we can't escape. I think he didn't say anything else, in the simple purpose that he wants this song to remian un touched so that he can adress it to whatever he's feeling at any time he plays it

Genius and insanity are often one in the same. This guy is pure talent in the body of a real human being in all it's imperfections. And the haters like to criticize. But JM isbetterin his worst day then any of them on their best day...by far! This, in my mind is what makes him and his music so extraordinary! The lyrics, his voice and that guitar in his hands say it all in this song. Well, at least that's my take on things.

then work your way to a squire fender. Start playing around and finding your "voice". I didn't start thinking about getting decent guitars until recently. And I've been playing for 6 years XD

I have a "first act" electric I play daily worth maybe $50 bucks new, but after a lot of guitar lessons I can make that baby sing prettier than a lot of seasoned players. We even do classical work on her; though I bought a quality Yamaha acoustic for my acoustic work, as well as a cheap $30 acoustic which I use daily as well. I play some guitars that cost thousands of dollars (via friends) but you can become great on cheaper equipment if you treat them well

@abolocks that is very true. I make my strat MIM sing like a beautiful blues lady. And MIMs are pretty cheap. But, (I'm not sure if I'm the best to say this) the more expensive the guitar, the better "you voice sound" is found depending on if you did research.

That being said, I do love my general sounding Strat MIM because it's a general sound that I can manipulate the tones and pickups to suit my playing needs

@JKimproductions910 It can be describe as you pay for what you get, I know that if you shop around you can find good deals, and not all cheaper guitars sound awful but usually that's the case. Like a Gibson LP is going to sound so much better than a cheap knockoff LP I would know I've had them before I knew any better

If you need a tab then this songs obviously too hard. music is meant to be felt and to be emotional. numbers wont help you do that, the only thing they'll help you with is playing like a robot. sorry i dont mean to be a dick but people who beg for tabs need to do more playing and less reading.
