Since you're posting this on the second entry, I'm not sure whether you've seen the next couple, but search for the "Learn to Play the Pipes in Just 21 Years" playlist if you have'nt...I just posted another. I figured, as time goes by, and I learn more gradually, I'll post less often...probably once a month for a while.

@ceanadach I watched the first couple of chapters a few times, right when I got my pipes, but I haven't actually gone back to it now that I might actually get some use out of it. The only real necessity that I see is that you can see how an actual player holds and moves the instrument, but since you've got YouTube, you already have plenty of examples for free.
