I was a very little boy when this came-out and can remember seeing it on a Sat at a theatre called The Picwood, just a few blocks from the Fox lot. They tried with this and several other films, but the public seemed indifferent to Richard Beymer, as I recall. Maybe it sometimes takes a few decades for an actor to find his public!
