It would probably take about a month from 89 for about 6-9 hours a day. I would say, get a dragon scimmy OR longsword IF you HAVEN'T done Monkey madness. Go to bandits, take something like tuna(NOTED) and 100K and when u need food, sell the noted tuna to the shop at the north of the village and buy them back. It will cost a bit of money but its not bad if you cant afford Guthans. If you didn't understand then please say so again and i will try and explain it simpler.

ill help you out. buy a red topaz machete (best weapon for 1 att pures) Then train the normal way until about 30 strength. Then go to rock crabs and just stay to 60 str. After get your obby maul, berserker necklace, and do what you want.
