@yamilbalus Xenogears and Xenosaga is no one connected storyline wise. The only connection between the two is the name(Xeno) and one of the guys that worked on Xenogears also worked on Xenosaga.

Xenosaga is the absolute best game in the universe...

I love how you can feel all the emotions the characters express...and the songs, they are beautiful. Xenosaga taught me a lot about life...Takahashi is a genius ;D I would give anything for this game to continue...<3<3<3

they only realeased Xenosaga 2 in NZ T___T and disc 2 wassss soooooo hard >.< but it was a good game, but never beat it...the stroy seems so interesting, and characters

@bboyshing0 o_o No... The game was released in Japan, North America, and PAL. Also, disk 2 isn't hard, but if you're having trouble you could just grind to higher levels.

@bboyshing0 Farm xp,points(at abel's ark with the red guys) and money, search for segment files(they have excelent itens like heavens door),it was dificult for me too in the beginning of the last area of the second DVD,but who knows, maybe tomorrow you beat the game xD.

If you have played both Xenosaga 3 and Xenogears, you will notice that near the end of Xenogears, the party will encounter Zohar, U-do (with the name of "Wave Existence").

- One of the hidden bosses in Xenosaga 3 is the very Gear that main character in Xenogear uses.

- Character Citan Uzuki in Xenogears greatly resembles Jin Uzuki in Xenosaga 3, both in skills, personality and appearance.

- Both have the key phrase "Ye shall be as God".

- And no, xenogears is the far far future of Xenosaga 3.

@Force200888 Xenosaga is rather a reimagination of the story of Xenogears. You see, Xenogears is only the fifth part of the story, while in Xenosaga (1, 2 and 3) the whole story (with it's few changes) is condensed in those three games.

I heard in the original plan, Xenosaga 3 was meant to split in to two, Xenosaga 3 & 4, while Xenosaga 5 was Xenogears. Xenosaga 4 put an end to Kosmos story, while Xenogears is an far faraway future.

Though, the only things Xenosaga & Xenogears have in common is Zohar, U-do, Uzuki family, and... Weltall.

Xenosaga is the whole series with a seperated story.There are no connection between Xenosaga series and Xenogears,though they shared the word "Xeno"...

Xenosaga took place in Fifth Jerusalem(in far far future year 4647 T.C,our Earth just was a history because Earth was erased-called Lost Jerusalem) while Xenogears took place in Ignas(another world,Xenogears world,another time system).

The opening prologue to Xenogears' where the crew of the Eldridge force the ship to crash on Ignas to keep Deus from Gate Jumping to Lost Jerusalem takes place in T.C. 4768.

It's true that Xenosaga and Xenogears aren't connected canonically, but Xenosaga was heavily based on the back story for Xenogears that was laid out in Perfect Works.

what Namdai should have done with the whole Xenosaga series is stick with their original plans to span it out to about 5 or six episodes. It would have been better for them, and it I would have enjoyed MUCH more. the whole series felt kinda rushed for just three episodes, imho.

Then at the end Jin. She has had alot of pain and sorrow in her life. Then she finds out she is going to die a long painful death. How would you feel if that was you. Of course she cries alot. If I were her I would too. But she has every reason to cry. Any how glad to meet another Xenosaga Fan!!! :D
