A bit late, but here's my two cents.
It's not Khusboo, it's khushnood. you can hear the female say it better. i know the Ustad's words sound like "khushbu"
Khushnood means a becoming of good news, or a coming of a good omen - like bearer of good news!
Hope this helps. You can always refer to Urdu Dictionaries online to find meanings of such words.
