I've said it before and I'll say it again, when Frasier starts musing out loud (ie at 11.19) he sounds EXACTLY like Adam West doing the same in BATMAN, add to that Niles' subserviant exceptance of it all and I can't help but suspect plagiarsim on the part of the writers and Mr Grammer...the fiendish devils!!

Most shows with live audiences use fake laughter in some places if the editors feel there wasn't enough laughter at a joke.

Saturday Night Live these days uses a lot of fake laughter because their real audience are too smart for their boring sketches these days.
