@sd123ist the pants are to keep them from flashing the camera and audience. They're called "harem pants". For example, at 0:37 the dancer in orange would have given the camera a full on up skirt. Thanks to those pants, she didn't.

@sd123ist Haha! Yes, well the pants I think has become a very norwegian phenomenon. It's to keep covered when turning etc, especially when the stage is set higher than the audience. I like them:) But I know it's not for everyone;)

I don't understand why they would stay in a line and do really intricate accents (bellybops etc), the people at the back of the audience wouldn't have been able to see any of it lol Maybe there was a big screen up behind them doing the zoom ins or something so everyone could see it..

There was offcourse several big screens for the audience to see. This was for television, with a live audience so what you see was exactly what the audience saw.

As a troupe they did a great job! It's alway a lot easier to dance a solo then in a group. A solo dancer can always cover a mistake.....but in a troupe it stands out! Way a go girls! Enjoyed your performance!
