Well, when a pet poo's its a sign of low hygiene. It's not a bad thing...everyone needs to get rid of the bad stuff after they eat right? :P Heh...well tell her to wash her pet often..he might get swine flu :P

One of the makers said that you need to be on a specific level, and it doesn't have to be level 47

when my pet's hygiene is 0%, then i leave it alone, it's gonna sleep, then wake up with poos under it.

You just have to poo regularly.
It's random what you get, also with the rainbow poo, but to get the rainbow one you need to be on a specific level.
