It doesn't mean what he was saying wasn't true. He was at the end of his carrer and maybe he just wanted to get some stuff off his chest. Maybe he was tired of being a shill. And maybe someone else wrote it for him but the words are true.

You cannot be a libertarian and a fascist. That is like saying the color blue is red. By the way, neither Cheney or Bush were "purist conservatives." They were neocons. You cannot be a conservative if you support central banking like the Federal Reserve.

yes he did. especially defense corporations. i may be a Democrat but if General Colin Powell had run for President 2000 & 2004, i may have voted for him. he'd have been million X better than Bush(Cheney) for endless reasons (not hard)
he's way better than Scott Brown the asshole from MA!

some bad would still have happened.
General Powell isnt perfect, not a god. he'd make mistakes, beyond his control. but very little bad would be caused by him because he had excellent judgement when he was boss not answering to Bush(Cheney)
but he is a Conservative. but a genuinely warm hearted too. brilliantly intellectual as well like Eisenhower. he'd know how to be moderate & feel compassion for struggling working class, without being ideologically purist Conservative like Cheney.
