So what if he's a lil' pompous..he does it in a way where he gives respect to the other team but he wants his team to be appreciated and respected as well..nothing wrong with that. With Belichick you get a guy, who is smug, short answered, hardly ever smiles, or cracks a joke..and often times runs off the field as soon as he shakes a coach's hand.
