this place is trying to take the tax dollars that were suposed to go to the outdoor etobicoke skatepark that people have been fighting for for years. I think I'd rather have a free outdoor park that doesn't make me wear pads.

has nothing to do with politics. basically the city of etobicoke is hesitant to build a skatepark because birdwatchers are complaining, and theyre more than willing to ignore all the petitions and give the tax money to this skatepark because that keeps the birdwatchers happy and they figure at least its sort of going to a skatepark, when in fact its just gonna go to buying more shit for a skatepark thats already too full to fit anything else.
