If you are an American perhaps you should look at the constitution of your country.I think you'll find that expressing your opinion verbally is neither illegal nor obstructive, but protected by law, and the job of a police officer is to protect the rights of citizens, not decide what is just .That is the job of a judge.This man was not arrested for the simple reason that he did nothing wrong. He did, however, finish in hospital.
