  • @penguinsx33 I did Octobre because my hands were too small to stretch back when I did Grade 7 :)

  • Enjoyed this, thanks

  • what is the matter even he is gay

  • Quite good, however, possibly be a bit more prompt about your slurring and timing in some places, more dynamic contrast would be great and more feel for the mood of the piece. Control in the faster parts could see your marks improve greatly. Others well done

  • Woops sorry i meant otherwise :)

  • im doing this.. i wanted to do the octobre one but apparently i lack the uhh mental emotion for it... ha but this is an awesome one too....

  • Mental emotion? haha, your teacher must not be very nice to be making those judgements. If you like the piece, play and make it work, trust me, I found that its hard to play a song well if you don't like it, especially when you're told you lack the capacity to play something of preference. Good luck though

  • Amazing!

  • I had a bash at the Chopin and did rather well. The Tchaikovsky's all right but it was so gloomy and miserable that I shied away from it!

  • I'm playing one which isn't out of the book.

I'm playing Traumerei (or something like that xD), by Schumman.

As for this piece, very well played.

  • what was wrong with the tchaikovsky...

  • I chose this piece also! But i wondor why in the middle you play suddenly very rapid?Thank's for your sharing!

  • u know those 'large' chords, the Bb F and C, my hands are large enough to cover them all at once, but i never knew how to do it if ur hands were small, really interesting way of doing it, the only thing i didnt particularly like, were the short pauses between sections on the first page,

  • i chose this for B as well, im doing my exam at the beginning of march, n im putting in the finishing touches, good luck with ur exam

  • brilliant,

I chose this for Piece B grade 7

I was pretty impressed with the right hand bar 33 onwrads

  • That sounded really really great. I loved the interpretation and the changes of time.

Just a little thing, at the end of bar 32, im not sure that the last note you played was correct. I interpreted it as G flat, E flat double flat, (LH) G flat and E flat double flat. Apart from that, sounded amazing. Keep it up!

  • heh, ive just started grade 7 pieces, so far, i've nearly learnt c2, and this is what ive chosen for my b piece, because its just so beautiful, even though it looks difficult, and probably is..... im going to start learning it tomorrow.... great playing by the way, as good as the CD version IMHO.

  • So are you doing ABRSM Grade 7 or did you just come across this piece?

  • Yep, I'm doing the grade 7 exam.

  • I'm doing it too, but I think I might choose the Tchaikovsky from the B-list instead of this.

I sound immature when I say this, but just looking at Landscape written down scared me and put me off attempting it.

  • I think it is bloody brilliant too even tho I knew you could play the piano!

  • :O

That's bloody brilliant! I never knew you could play the piano! *high fives*
