I remember when i was a kid my grandmother would play this album and we listened to it front to back and every song on it was good. She passed away 4 years ago and this song reminds me of her. RIP.

I remember sneaking in the VFW,this was playing all the folks were "slow dragging" place filled with smoke,and ever body was having a good time.man those were the days you will remember forever. sing it Al

I played music like this, until the grooves wore off of the records, or the 8 rack had to be replaced!

This reminds me of going to visit my Grandparents in N.C. and listening to the 8 track, and looking out the window, looking at the farmland, and feeling a sense of peace. Thanks for posting.

@504mrbig I have to agree with you. My mom wore this 8 track out! I remember trying as a kid to hit those notes. Nobody does it like Al.

@504mrbig I feel you on that. I had this TAPE in my WALKMAN all throughout my Jr year of high school in 1994 and put alot of heads up on Al Green in my school.
