David Lee Roth was ALWAYS like this in every interview I ever heard growing up. Total attention whore, obnoxious and never shuts up. He was usually really entertaining though. But this was the 80's folks and the US Festival, so i am sure he was JACKED UP on anything and everything. Too much of everything....was just enough, was our motto growing up in the 80's!!
