  • I went on a mission trip to Pittsburgh, PA this summer. We sang this song every day. I can't say this song has changed me...but it had such an impact on some of my friends and the people we served with.

  • This song sounded good at first, but after listening to it two times a day, six days in a row at mission camp, I'm kind of tired of this song. It still sounds good, though.

  • YEAHHHH!!!!!!

  • This is my redeption song... I've heard i so many times... when I was in a mission trip, God spoke so deep in my heart.... He has given us everything freedly so we must go and share the great things God has done and has give to us. He is a God of justice! He is an almighty God! He is great! He is awesome! Lord, I want to serve you because your only begoten son came to this world and served you with all he was and is!!! I want to be filled up by your grace! Dear Lord, I love you so!

  • soccersnack, He CREATED all...it's HIS prerogative to wipe out mankind if He feels like it. This Creator actually loved us so much He didn't wipe us out completely, He gave us a second chance. And He continues to give us opportunities to find Him. I pray you will see that the very thing that makes you creative, feeling, caring, hurting, loving, etc. is God's image stamped in YOU.

  • Rip the audio from this song at thetunify doht cohm.

  • The god of the O.T. is the most unjust individual ever.

  • @tallliza how?

  • @soccersnack1220 Drowning the whole of mankind. He is the greatest mass-murderer ever.

  • @tallliza Yeah ok tallliza. You see God is perfect and cannot stand sin. We all sin. What justice is would be killing us all because of our sin. If someone commits a crime, they are punished. Because we sin, we must be punished and the punishment is death. God was showing his justice by killing the wicked. boom

  • @soccersnack1220 God was showing his justice... what about god showing his love, and compassion, for a change ? Luckily this "Global Flood" is just a kindergarten story.

  • @soccersnack1220

You see God is perfect and cannot stand sin.... If god cannot stand sin, he cannot be perfect. Because we sin, we must be punished and the punishment is death. ... Why, because he is loving ?/ LOL

  • @tallliza "If god cannot stand sin, he cannot be perfect." why can't he be perfect if he can't stand sin? and the punishment is death because God told Adam and Eve if they sinned then they would die. Plain and simple. Then, they did sin. Ya know what God did? He promised a way out of spending eternity in hell. I'd say that is pretty just yet loving at the same time. Justice: we all die. Loving: we can still be with Him for eternity

  • @soccersnack1220 and the punishment is death because God told Adam and Eve if they sinned then they would die... Why did he say that. HE KNEW what was goingto happen. He is the perfect SADIST. He wanted them out of the garden of Eden, but he didn`t have the guts to tell them. So he invented a silly scheme.

  • @tallliza um.....no. He's like a dad with His children (seeing as He made man in His image). He wanted them to live in peace and be happy and perfect. He gave us free will knowing full well we could use it to spit in His face and turn our backs on Him. It would also mean that spiritual laws (like physical laws ie gravity, they can't be broken) would demand our death for imperfection. However God did not want robots. I'm sure you don't want to be a robot. Yes He knew we would spit on HIs face and

  • @tallliza turn our backs on Him, and that there would be consiquences. But He loved us enough to give us free will. I don't know about you, but I don't like being a robot. And it's not like He didn't tell them not to eat the fruit. He gave Adam and Eve fair warning.

Also He created the garden of Eden for man -> so why would He be wanting to kick them out?

  • @tallliza turn our backs on Him, and that there would be consiquences. But He loved us enough to give us free will. I don't know about you, but I don't like being a robot. And it's not like He didn't tell them not to eat the fruit. He gave Adam and Eve fair warning.

Also He created the garden of Eden for man -> so why would He be wanting to kick them out?

  • @canadianwritingchik Why would he tempt them , knowing perfectly well, what was going to happen. That what we call entrapment.

  • My youth group band played this song last night and i haven't felt the Holy Spirit move in ways like that in over a year. it was soo good. GOD is good. <3 i love Jesus.

  • We all love this song as Christians...but it is so much easier to love it than to actually listen to what the message is saying...we actually need to go...people need to hear!

  • God created polio, science cured it. God created small-pox, science cured it. God created leprosy, science cured it. God created 2 million illnesses, virusses, parasites, science found cures for many. God created infertility, science created in-vitro, and an estimated 15 million lives. 100.000 innocent children died a horrible death, beneath the rubble of their houses in Haiti. The allmighty didn``t lift a finger to help. Glory to god !!!

  • @lizazoonFirst, it was God who created science and allowed men to figure out some of these things he has created. Second, It is true that bad things happen....God does not wish these things on us at all. It is because there is sin in the world that bad things happen and sin is not of God. I know it doesn't seem fair that bad things have to happen even to the best of people, it is a very hard concept to understand for me as well and part of it just needs to be taken by faith.

  • I once heard the explanation that sometimes things are too heavy for us to carry on our own. That's why we don't fully have all the answers. When the time is right God will give us more. God is a good God who loves his people, and it grieves him to see us suffering so but he lets it happen because when he created the world and us he created free will as well. He created us to be able to choose between right and wrong. Because we are all basically bad, the first choice was after the bad.

  • @lizazoon ELOHIM created you, glory be to ELOHIM. "Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the LORD, and depart from evil." Proverbs 3:5-7 May Y'SHUA guide, direct, and bless you along HIS narrowing path.

  • JESUS loves you with an Agape love, and so do I. <(^8

  • @netta2158 Nice homily, thank you, but it doesn`t answer my question. Where is this god, when disastre strikes mankind ? He seem to be totally impervious to human suffering. There is no evidence to the contrary.

  • @lizazoon For those who believe, no explanation is necessary. For those who do not believe, no explanation is possible. Friend, HE sent HIS own SON who obediently was scorned, tortured, crucified, & die for you, me, & all human kind. HE rose from the dead to life eternal becoming our living example. There is evidence all around you all you need do is written in scripture. Ask-Seek-Knock with sincerity & HE will respond. You're in our prayers. May Y'SHUA bless, guide, & direct you. <(^8

  • @netta2158 I happen to be one, who asks questions, when I don`t understand. I cannot simply believe, it must be reasonable. I cannot for a moment accept that I should be required, to put my mind to sleep, and accept as truth, without evidence. Although there is evidence in Jewish history, for a man, called Joshua, who was condemned to death for rebellion, there is zero evidence for the salvation story.

  • @netta2158 Bible verses do not answer the question, why the innocent have to suffer, which points directly to the non-existence of a loving god. Everybody understands why the guilty are punished, but the innocent:. what reason can there be ?

  • @lizazoon "For what if some did not believe? shall their unbelief make the faith of God without effect? God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged. But if our unrighteousness commend the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unrighteous who taketh vengeance? (I speak as a man) God forbid: for then how shall God judge the world?" (cont.1)

  • (cont.1) "For if the truth of God hath more abounded through my lie unto his glory; why yet am I also judged as a sinner? And not rather, (as we be slanderously reported, and as some affirm that we say,) Let us do evil, that good may come? whose damnation is just. What then? are we better than they? No, in no wise: for we have before proved both Jews and Gentiles, that they are all under sin; As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:" (cont.2)

  • (cont.2) ""There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: Their feet are swift to shed blood: Destruction and misery are in their ways:" (cont.3)

  • (cont.3) "And the way of peace have they not known: There is no fear of God before their eyes." Romans 3:3-18 ELOHIM is a HOLY & righteous JUDGE. HE's created all things known & unknown. Humans decide their fate either through obedience or lack there of. May Y'SHUA continue to guide, direct, and bless you along HIS narrowing path. <(^8

  • @lizazoon Y'SHUA/JESUS loves you with an Agape love, and so do I. <(^8
