I am not really liking audible .com because not only do you have to pay for each book you download but you have to pay up to $14.00 a month to access their website. That's silly. Most other websites I order from don't charge me for visiting. Also instead of letting you download a simple mp3 you have to download their software to play their audio books. I also found their site a tiny bit strange to navigate. Id rather buy an ebook outright without needing to shell out $14.00+ a month.

@idavidsawyer At least an ebook site you can choose your own text to speech reader to play the book (you can choose the voice, speed, and pitch). With Audible books you are stuck with the reader they give you. And like I said you need to shell out money every month just to visit their site when you've already paid for the audio books you've downloaded.

@idavidsawyer Thank you for the info! I have been watching videos about audible.com for the last 30 minutes trying to find out what the catch is. I don't think I want to pay $14.00 a month for the privilege of paying for an audio book, Thanks!
