La Piovra - A masterpiece. I've never seen such an inspirational TV Series. Great in every sense - story-wise, music, performances, direction. Way better than most English and American police series. The first and the second series are my favourite. La Piovra has managed to be entertaining and truthful at the same time, brutal and yet so human. One of its achievements is to make a good and honest family man extremely attractive.

@TheDravok … I'd say that Tano was this marriage of contrasts … confident, principled, intelligent yet emotionally fragile at the same time … he had his lust for power yet always refused the invitation to join the mafia and grow from within … Cattani was consistent, perfect and considerate … and a rather stereotypical hero … I admired Cattani's attributes yet was somehow uncontrollably fascinated with Tano … hard to explain

i thought breno looked extremely fake. terrasini was the mos acurate. and i loved tano and espinosa. what they did with espinosa in 6 is completely ruin his image. that guy ribeira was the fakest of all of them he is suposed to be from sicilia and the guy is not even italian he looks german lol. 6 was horrible. 7 was better than 6
