This all began under Reagan with that group that was formed in 1988 (I forget which), and later went full steam when the GOP took control in 1994 with deregulation. First they blamed the banks, then minorities, and now Bill Clinton? Who next? Gays? Lesbians? Al-Qaeda? Sheesh.
