The weight loss companies are totally scamming... Oolong is great, yes... the polyphenols in it are what help speed metabolism. However, you can buy Oolong tea in a grocery store or Asian grocery for much less than what this is sold for.... $4 a box at the most, but I've seen it sold for less than $2 a box.

Thanks for doing that, I also want to loose weight but this seems to be a scam, so I will carry on drinking Gohyah tea, which tastes awful but is good for the liver and knidneys,The tea is also known as Bitter Melon tea and Kho Qua, this is actually a vegetable, which comes from china, looks a bit like a pregnant cucumber, this is meant to be ver healthy and we eat it from time to time stir fried with chillies and chicken, I must warn you its very bitter and must be chopped very finely.Good Luck

I does work for men as I have had a friend who did this and he lost 30 kgs in 3 1/2 months. I have lost 3kgs in two weeks with very little exercise ( injured my knee and waiting for it to heal. Go for it, you have only your weight to lose.

well i have been soooo busy that i have been forgetting to use it... but i am going to be getting back on track... i noticed that when i did use the tea that i felt a little more energetic... i think that it also helps with your motabilism.... but im not sure... thanks for commenting

Go for it, as i was also sceptical about it but after 2 weeks and 3 kgs down I am a firm believer. It is amazing how much energy you have when you're drinking this and i really does help with suppressing your appetite.
