  • hi is this skrillex thanks bye

  • It can make you very depressed. Depends on the dosage though. Just google it and depression.

  • Hey man just need to know is it dangerous for the body in any ways cheers mate :)

  • Thumbs if you gonna save up for a Dream Box or a Dream Station! :)

  • @wooex whats a dream box..

  • @kankurou1010 XBox

  • @wooex ohhh xD haha i get it..

  • For those of you having trouble finding choline bitartrate I just wanted to say that it is used in Geritol liquid supplement.

  • you look like a male emma watson

  • i find small amount of vinpocetine (arount 5 or 7mg) before bed-time very good for dream lucidity and remembering dreams. it also helps me to feel more refreshed wanking up the next day... :) i recommend it.

  • Ginkgo Bilobi really helped my lucidity. Im going to pick up some of this stuff as soon as possible. Any age limits? (I'm 16)

  • @Spyyko how much GB do you take, and how long before bed do you take it?

And no, I got some multi vitamin pills (only B vitamins, but each tablet includes 250mg of Choline Bitartrate) there shouldn't be a limit. :)

  • I tried someones anti-depressants (SSRi) Venlafaxine and had an amazing lucid dream.I was swimming in water as my bedroom filled up with it and when I woke it carried on with my eyes open until I slowly came to full consciousness. It was so surreal I was looking for my mobile to phone someone and tell them till I realised it was 4am.

  • Would Just Normal Choline Do The Same Thing?

  • I'm going down to Holland and Barrett tomorrow! I really want to start lucid dreaming.

  • Every place i called said the don't have bitartrate. they had some other forms of choline but not bitartrate. HELP!!!

  • @loudoggg29 there are many online shops mate.

  • i like how you say vitamin :)

  • Thanks for that.

  • we call our drop lucid living. try DTZ

pure energy focus and more in a drop

WE ARE THE ENERGY EYE DROP COMPANY

search dragontearz or see more at dragontearz . com

  • LSD always helps..

  • Will it work even if I'm taking a benzodiazapine?

  • I can't get that type of Choline in Canada.

  • just like a bunch of drug addict white demons

  • thanks reece for all the knowledge and stories you have shared with me. Its been so interesting to listen to you talk about lucid dreams and all your opinions abut them. you clearly are a very smart man.

  • B vitamins work together as a complex and are dependent upon each other to perform their individual tasks in the body. The insufficient intake of one B vitamin can create imbalances and deficiencies in others and impair the body's ability to assimilate and metabolize them. If a depletion or excess of one over the other occurs for a period of any duration, there will be a problem in the entire complex.

  • is this like dtm? i take Melatonin to help me sleep and i dont know if it helps me reecall or it makes my dream very weird because i do not recal dream well

  • Can't recall dreams? It is the melatonin production deficiency caused by calcified pinneal gland and by radio waves from electronic devices. Don't use fluoride toothpaste or any fluoride products, fluoride calcifies the pinneal gland and at night shut down all electronic devices near you, even the cell phone or any other wireless devices.

  • Any one know where I can find Choline Bitartrate in America? I've checked online for stores around my neighbor hood such as Target, Walgreens and I just can't find it anywhere, anyone know a store where I could for sure find some?

  • @xxAnonymousX1x You really want to get your hands on either Galantamind on i Shaman or Lucid Dreamer from Dream Amins

They both have 4mg Galantamine and 200mg Choline Bit - I have some good info on it on my home site under - Tutorials - Red Pill - feel free to get in touch

  • @1DreamWarrior

Where would I have to go to obtain this? And for how much?

What effects would that have on the brain while you're asleep? Same as this?

  • @xxAnonymousX1x Love the avatar lol

Ya set you back about $40 for a good supply

would advise trying one to start with and 2 for very good results after 4-5 hrs sleep and use an induction method as well

I've got a vid - Out of Body 2 on my channel might help or my home site has good info on it

  • @1DreamWarrior

I'd look into it further, but I don't have any money on me at the moment. Plus $40 for that? Seems a little steep.

And by induction method you mean, like try to have a OBE/Lucid dream?

  • @xxAnonymousX1x Try my home site

Stay away from WILD inductions for moment - look at the Reflection Intention or the MILD preferably after 4-5 hrs sleep

  • @1DreamWarrior

Nice channel, although I don't fully understand what you mean when you say WILD and MILD.

  • @xxAnonymousX1x Sorry - Mneumonic Induced Lucid Dream Vs Waking Induced or Indirect vs Direct Transition is the term I use

The WILD/Direct method is when you enter a dream without ever falling asleep and the Indirect means you fall asleep and pick up the LD during the dream

It would take a while to explain specifics but look at the Indirect Method for starters as WILD without galantamine is quite a task

Follow links to my own home site "wake up in your dreams.com" and look at Inductions section

  • @1DreamWarrior

Lol, I've already done that, hopefully I'll accomplish this. Thanks a lot.

  • Anyone tried "Calea Zacatechi" the dream herb? And isn't it placebo, because you remember a lot more dreams when you have the intend to.

  • @Flyingman97 Ya a bit of a myth to be fair

I'm a chemist and can't see the connection

I write about supplements on my home site so maybe worth a look - Galantamine is really what you need - nothing is even close

  • aww the way u say vitamin is so cute :3

  • Oh, he mad.

  • what is the equivalet of this vitamin in the U S A.

  • Wake up....The Matrix has you.......!

  • @Gengar10000000000 Don't worry. You're part of large subsection of men who can't differentiate between men with long hair, and women. You're life will still turn out just fine as long as you check under their clothes first.

  • @Gengar10000000000 umad,bro?

  • I took Choline Bitartrate yesterday at night and I remember every detail of my dream in the morning!

  • do you have to be 18?

  • damn i always never remember what i dreamed of.

  • try excelon patch and galantine together!

  • Try vitamin B6 in addition to choline.

It boosts the effect of choline.

  • Should I try this? Im only 19

  • @AshleyBaker4 I am and Im 17. Im taking it with Piracetam.

  • Just a heads up. People with Bipolar Disorder should NOT take any choline supplements.

  • I tried this before I went to bed and I had the most VIVID dream, I've ever had! Too bad the dream was only about drinking WKD...

  • I'm pretty new at lucid dreaming but within only a month and a half I had a two day stretch where I had 4 WILDS within those two days. During those two days I was taking 3 tablets of a 3,000mg blend of amino acids and 2,000mg of L-agrinine. L-arginine is a supplement that I'm doing undergrad research on. It is used for vasodialation which means opening your veins and arteries up more, and this allows for better blood flow and circulation. (this is safe, your body already makes it on its own)

  • does vitamin b-6 effect dreaming at all?

  • This is a great video dude. Choline Bitartrate and lucid dreams- how interesting! If you would like to, please check out our company page on FB or on our site at Mastermind Supplements. We use Choline in one of our products. Cheers! Have a great weekend.

  • A dream within a dream? That's some inception.

  • i have choline inositol , its 250 mg choline bitartrate and 250 mg inositol, im 14 so would this help me , and how many should i take , lol sorry for my n00bishnes O.O

  • @sk83r96 You only need 100 mg of choline/day. 250 mg is great too. Be sure to hydrate effectively (with 8 glasses of water/day) since you're talking a supplement at age 14 and you'll be alright.

  • This stuff is the shit! I take it with aniracetam, which is a nootropic that increases acetylcholine levels and produces amazing dreams. After trying to lucid dream for about a year with no success, I finally had three in one night after my first day of aniracetam.

  • @hubbabubbamax000

To confirm, aniracetam is a smart drug, right?

  • @The3nlightened0ne Correct. Its a racetam and an ampakine. It allosterically modulates the AMPA glutamate receptor and to a lesser extent the NMDA glutamate receptors, and it inhibits acetylcholine esterase (AChE, the enzyme that breaks down choline) which creates more serotonin and dopamine. It also enhances the efficacy of GABA transmission. And MUCH MORE! Everyone should be on aniracetam!

  • yeah holland and berretts have stopped selling Choline bitarterate where do you buy this stuff now a days?

  • Finally bought some of this a month ago and have used it recently. The ones I got are 500mg.. Getting like four hours of REM sleep for the second half of the night. So more dreams to remember, but I end up sleepy the next day from all the light sleep and awakenings. Saw one other post about sleep trouble. What size pills are people getting? Wonder if I should use a smaller size.? Stopped taking daily, today I'm trying taking it in the morning instead.

  • Ive always been interested in dreams. i grew up with a family of hippies. So ive done a fair amount of drugs lol. butttt ive always been interested in natural drugs and dreams as well. there are other drugs aside from choline to produce more vivid drugs. some not legal. My main intrest is dimethyltryptamine aka DMT i seriously want you to just pop it in a youtube search thing and go to town. it sounds like an awesome time. also check out FLOAT TANKS.

  • i have watch alot of your videos. i can't believe this one slipped me by!

     really good vids, don't stop!!!

  • you said it's a B vitamin so wouldn't it be included in multivitamins like "Centrum" or the cheaper equivalent "Spectrum"?

  • @deviantcreep Those are terrible synthetic vitamins, made from petrochemicals !

Stick to the food derived vitamins from the health food store :-)

  • @Zeuszgrl

Like what brand of multivitamins would I get then?

  • @deviantcreep Your local health food store should carry a good brand that's made from FOOD based ingredients, NOT petroleum distillates ! If you read the label on Vit E for example, if it says d-alpha tocopherol,

that means it's food based, if it says d L: - alpha tocopherol, it's from petrochemicals, but the sneaky turds don't clarify , you have to be self eduacted in these matters ! Vitaminshop or Puritan's Pride sells good vitamins online at good prices too, check 'em out ! Cheers ~

  • How much is that in American money

  • Is there a difference between Choline and Choline Bitartrate?

  • If taken too near sleeping it would make falling asleep difficult . So the best result is to take it 2 or 3 hours before actually sleeping and still get a vivid or lucid dream later on in the night.

  • Youre still pretty, lol -3

  • i heard a couple of things work vit. B12, gaba amino acids, and now these ones anyone else have know which ones work better than other>?

  • Try Galantamine and Choline. They should work.

  • Thanks man! My girlfriend can never remember her dreams so I think I will buy her some of this stuff! Shoot, I'm gonna buy it for myself as well.

  • .....

So this is like Dream Weed?

  • I couldnt find choline bitatrate on its own but i bought choline bitatrate & inositol is that okay?

  • I noticed if you take Choline Bitartrate to often like every night it can keep you awake.

  • Thanks for the tip.

I think Holland and Barrett have stopped selling Choline Bitartrate in form you got it in. They do sell Choline & Inositol though, and that's Choline Bitartrate and Inositol.

I’ve been taking it for about a week now and already I’ve noticed a real improvement i my dream recall.

  • @whenthestormbrakes

Yes that is correct. They stopped stocking Choline Bitartrate, probably because it wasn't selling well nationwide.

In the Choline Inositol they sell now there is 250mg Choline Bitartrate. Of that 250mg, 100mg is elemental Choline.

    Would you recommend Choline Inositol?

  • @Northbound89

Well I would say its good stuff but then again I haven’t had anything to compare it to.

  • Does H&B's where you are still sell those bottles of Choline Bitartrate or do you buy Choline Inositol now?

  • Would you advise against using choline bitartrate with a melatonin supplement?

  • you remind me of Sid from Lords of Dogtown (:

  • Milk has vitamin b :)

  • Dude, you must be high! Placebo effect for sure. I take 2 grams day for long distance running and haven't noticed a difference in memory or dreams, but huge difference when running over 15 miles.

  • Yea I just took 3 pills of chlorine........

    ohhhhhhh shiiiiiiit o.o.......

  • @dgk990 choline not chlorine

  • @marcjtdc lol i know haha it was just a joke

  • I love the way you say 'Yolks' at 0.42!

  • dude the only thing helps u dream more is cheese nth else

  • @fannan223 You've obviously never heard of Mugwort, Entada rheedii, Calea zacatechichi or Coleus. They are all plants which enhance dreaming.

  • Choline is also good for problems of the kidneys and liver.

  • f5 to skip ads thumbs

  • Haa 1:52 FAIL

anyway, I'm going to go eat alot of lettuce and go to bed.

  • You might check out The Maimonides Clinic in New York and New Mexico.

  • What about the possible psychosomatic affect of using this? It can only be ruled out with a controlled study. Yet you seem quite convinced of course. lol

  • can you dream about having a lucid dream?

  • @HENDY270 Yes :D

  • @PsycoHenny Damn! That happened to me :(

  • @HENDY270 that's layer zero

  • cool video what is lucidity?

  • @csknives1985 a lucid dream is , in simple terms .. is when you're in a dream and you know you're in dream lol, which leaves you doing anything you want .. so now by taking the pill you'll be more lucidic

  • the only truth is what you see in the unaltered state. if you alter your mind be aware that you are exploring the realms of the mind, nothing more.

  • I think I know why I dont have (or most likely don't remember) dreams. Before when I had them at least one a week I was ALWAYS eating lettace or yolky eggs. I'll probably get my parents to buy more foods with Choline Bitartrate in them or take some vitamens because I REALLY WANT TO EXPERIENCE LUCID DREAMING AT LEAST ONCE.

Will that really help induce lucid dreaming?

  • This video was made in 2008 and I've just got round to watching it. I am just wondering if you are still taking this vitamin and if it is still helping in the same ways. Sometimes I've noticed that right away some things like this seem to help but then it fades and it's not that you just don't notice it any more but it just doesn't help any more because you go back to whatever problems you had in the past. That's just been my experience with some vitamins/herbs. My aunt sells them.

  • @colleen2510

Yeah, I still take them on occasion, but not every night. They still work a charm for me :)

  • @ReeceJones87 You are an Old Soul, that also helps :-)

  • @ReeceJones87 note to self do not die from overdose no matter how frustrated you are with dream recall :P

  • @colleen2510 Idk about using Choline, BUT, if you're looking for dream enhancement/memory I would suggest Melatonin and B6. My LD's are a bit more dependent upon supplements. I started out using one melatonin & one B6, then upped to 2 melatonin and one B6. I won't dare say to take a whole bunch of them, but one or two helps. Take them about 30 mins- 1 hr b4 you want to sleep, and don't wait till ur tired; lay down UNTIL you fall asleep; It prepares your mind for it. Hope this helps someone :)

  • Are these safe to take with anti-depressants? I'm going on zoloft (setraline).

  • @209116032 fuck zoloft big mistake

  • @DeadlySoul123 I just got put on it. Tell me about your experience.

  • @209116032 I was younger I am 21 now. I suffered from major anxiety. I didn't feel comfortable going places or being in situations where i couldn't go number two. To the point i would get myself so worked up i would have to actually go. Major stomach ache the whole deal. I tried zoloft for a long time and in increasing doses. It really just made me feel not like myself I felt "weird" that's the only way to describe it. After a year or so of medication i stopped. I have since overcome my anxiety.

  • @DeadlySoul123 I am taking it for anxiety as well. Thank you for sharing your experience, you are correct on a number of points. Unfortunately at this point in my life it has become difficult to function under such anxiety. I don't want to be on medication at all, but I hope within 6 months I will be taken off of it. it certainly is not a permanent thing. Thank you.

  • @209116032 I bet the answer to your depression lies within yourself. A good diet and adequate exercise will cure you of your depression I guarantee it. There is something in your life that is making you depressed and you need to get to the root of it. Self conscious about something? Whatever it is you can overcome it without the use of drugs you need to believe in yourself. That and time is what will get you to a better place. Sit there and ask yourself what you are unhappy about THEN CHANGE IT!

  • I've been taking Choline Bitartrate for a week now after seeing your video, and am already seeing results. Thanks a ton, Reece.

  • Sounds okay for you. Im freaked out by dreaming. Especially the dreams I have....nightmares. i dont want to remember more than i have to from them. Shudder.

  • @PepeLePeiu If you don't face your fears you will be forever enslaved by them. Peace.

  • hmmm... I read about this in a book, but haven't bothered with it yet... I gotta get on that!

  • i live in los angeles.

  • your mic volume is way low. interesting info tho.

  • Great Video! One comment about taking Choline though. Make sure you take it with Galantamine (4mg-12mg) because by just taking choline by itself, most of it will be degraded without Galantamine. Just in case you were not aware of it.

  • i just bought a bottle of this today.. ive been taking valerian before i go to bed though and attuning it (along with my crystals i wear to bed) to clarity, because i think that if your dreams are clear, your recall will highten, along with your chances of lucidity. im excited to see how this choline works out though

  • just a thought, have you considered the placebo effect?

mix up a bottle of these and some very similiar tablets, then blindly pick one and see if you get the same effect.

  • What i am consumming now is Choline and Inositol from GNC, i don´t know how well is this company rated. What do u think? It costs 200 pesos(Mexico) 1 pound=19 pesos.

  • Also i would try Melatonin, not smoking weed, and valerian root, mayb even some kava kava, plus they all help you fall asleep.

  • Comment removed

  • @Mariosquad

Taking Melatonin on a chronic basis would not be healthy. I would recommend at the most, 2 weeks.

  • Thanks for the reccommend!

  • a vit-ta-min

  • My God Reece, you're vice got a lot more angelic over the years. :-]

  • @m22frogger Your*

  • Get MultiSure for Men/Woman..... it has both Choline Bitartrate and Inisotol! And ofcourse, every other vitamin you need.... my mother bought me this stuff sometime ago, and just realized this! haha.... going to take it twice a day now... lol.

  • Noice. You should try the herb Mugwort too. Smelling the oil before you go to sleep (or smoking/making a tea out of it/put some leaves under the pillow) helped me have more VIVID dreams which included more of the five senses in there and helped me remember the weird dreams a lot more. Just know that the concentrated oil can be toxic if you rub it into your skin.

  • I used to eat that! IT WORK! I had forgotten all about it. I'm going to go get some more. Thanks for reminding me!

  • hey Reece I am very interested in this lucid dreaming,,,, so i dont usually somke pot but when i do smoke i have these dreams where im actually walking in my own house in real time, but when i have these dreams i never wake up with ease. I usually wake up very hard and fast sometimes even with a short of breath,

    any thoughts on this....

  • Been taking Choline & Inositol for about 2 weeks now, and for some reason its having the opposite effect.. ie, Im finding it even more difficult to remember my dreams, and sometimes I cannot remember them whatsoever. What the fuck.

  • Lol i dont think they do Choline bitartrate anymore haha i went into holland and barrets today and i couldnt find it soo i asked them if they had any and they was like wtf choline bitartrate lol so i explained and they was like no but i found this other stuff called Choline Inostol which has choline B and Inositol which gets rid of colestrol and promost health its contains 250mg of Choline B and 250mg of inositol so i bought it will that still be ok somone reply to me asap pls :)

  • @Weebigballs if by choline inostol i assume you really mean choline inositol so i'm going to quote from an article what i found "the most important functions of Inositol lie in the areas of mental health and brain function.".

  • @Weebigballs i found on the internet that choline INOSITOL (not inostol) was known for it's ability to increase brain function. don't leave the research up to other people when you can simply look it up on google. the only reason i checked for you was because i was interested too.

  • I have a theory that recalling your dreams is a dangerous thing. If you do you risk having a type of syndrome where you mistake reality (what is...) and your dream state (what never happened..). You must be careful. Also, for some people ( especially if they suffer from sleep apnea), because of not breathing for a certain amount of time while sleeping, your brain loses oxygen which can be the major cause of why people can be forgetful or have bad memory recall.

  • I cant seem to find any 'Choline Bitartrate' at all, at Holland and Barrets or anywhere else. There are others which contain Choline, but in conjuction with other things such as Inositol. Does anybody know where to get the Choline Bitartrate described here? Or which Choline product is the best to use for this?

  • Well, it doesn't do anything for me. I use it with Piracetam. It just makes me tired and sleepy..

  • Comment removed

  • the only dreams i get get close to lucid is very scary like theres one lamppost and a circle of light and your just sat in the middle of it and the rest is pitch black and you get such a bad feeling off negativity it becomes scary i think i just need to confront the fear

  • Flintstones Completes are now more complete with Choline

  • Anything boosting acetylcholine is very good indeed.

    *memory

    *sleep

  • The best lucid dream combo for supplements I have found to be are the following combos:

(Taken with the Wake, Back to Bed Method (WBTB)

    Choline Bitartrate

    Pantothenic Acid (B-5)

Galantamine 4 mg or 8 mg

    Also:

Vitamin B-6 and L-Tryptophan or Melatonin

  • I took choline last night for the first time, and had the scariest weirdest and vivid dream. it really freaked me out. I only started taking it because I heard that it makes you lose weight

  • anyone know whats the best time to take this, like just before I go to bed, or perhaps 4 hours before I go to bed, anyone??

  • Would you recommend taking Galantamine /w Choline?

  • so lat week i bought a bottle of Minute Maid pomegranate and blueberry juice. I was reading the ingredients today and saw choline bitartrate, and noticed it is 55mg choline/240 mL of juice.

Now for the past week i have noticed a dramatic increase in remembering my dreams (i usually dont). I looked up the ingredients in the juice today and came across this video. YES it helps with lucid dreaming IMMENSELY. I am off to buy the extract form of choline bitartrate

  • @thunderhunder I also drink that haha, it helps alot and tastes great.

  • @LoNeWolFy05, I remember every dream long after I wake up without making any efforts...and I treasure the most special ones ;-), well, but like you I can remember them all!!! I have no idea why...maybe because I consider them as part of my life (without losing touch with reality, though ;-D) .

  • i lucid dream every night! i did'nt know about choline bitartrate is found in fish oil and flaxseed i was taking it all the time, i started taking it in the mid 80' for joint problems i do know that taking catnip pills from your healthfood storewill help with lucitiy do not use your cat's catnip because it is toxic and sleep on your leftside give it some time and it will happen for you!!!!

  • hey everyone! if you cant get a hold of choline bitatrate, get either fish oil pills, or flaxseed oil pills. fish oil has more choline then the choline bitatrate does, so in sense it will help you remember much better then the bitatrate, and the flaxseed has lots of choline, and it smooths out the joints of people, and animals. so you help your memory, dream recall, and joints if you have any joint problems. ( :

  • Thx for that... Um.. Is it normal to remember dreams for years without journals? Its just, by the looks of it, you made it sound as if dream recall is quite difficult. Is it?

(not sounding like a douche, just legitimately curious because i can remember dreams from when i was three-four)

  • @LoNeWolFy05 u must have very good dream recall soo u should have no problem :)

  • thx for recomendation! holland and barret! i'll keep it in mind thx!

  • Hey, thanks for the recommendation. I've never heard of this and I'm really excited!

  • you're so cute!

  • I like your energy/voice in this vid. When do u wanna chat again on aim? Peace

  • Thanks mate :) If we don't get the chance to chat before I go to California, we'll definitely talk once I arrive.

  • @reecejones87 I wanna chat on aim too let me know if ur up for it, I would like to learn more from you. :) I just bought my first choline today.

  • you are so fucking hot
