@TensaiNihonjin Hold your horses. Check your state and local laws. A cop can still confiscate your kun/nunchaku. If you walked down the street with just a rifle barrel (no gun stock or receiver), a cop still has "reason" to intervene. You may have the rest of the gun in your car or you're meeting someone with the rest of the parts. What's key here is your intent. Why do you need to have them on you in public. What's your excuse? For me, I do public demonstrations and I'm a video producer
