hey i need help here: on "FOR THE REPUBLIC 2" i was requested to either negotiate or destroy the khans. so when i went into the tent i was shot by PAPA KHAN, i returned fire & soon enough i massacred the village (Note: The training camp, the camp opposite of the Khan HQ & the Druggie trailers) BUT I STILL CANT FINISH THE QUEST, I STILL CANT REPORT BACK TO THE COLONEL!!! WHY!!!!!! I NEED HELP!!!!

50 yds like in fallout 3 and melee that was worth a stealth boy.

They made sniping much more effective, but melee and unarmed aren't as smart of a choice. The only reason unarmed was good in fallout 3 was the armor ignoring effects of the deathclaw gauntlet, but, while the mantis gauntlet does the same thing, it is very hard to come by and costs an exhorberent amount, they also got rid of the shishkebab and mauler type weapons. But, I would much rather have good realistic sniping and worthless melee like in new Vegas than sniping that was only possible from

im so happy that we are able to snipe in new vegas! in Fallout 3 it is impossible from far distances. all i do now is kill them from afar and sneak around cause i can!

@1tyhmalapsi If you have the PC version, you can download the mod for the Ghost armor on New Vegas Nexus. It doesn't come with the stealth effect, though. I added that to be more like the Ghosts in Starcraft.

u should try sniping at 400 yrds,your too close,and yes,you can snipe from that far

i headshot a ghoul at a long fucking distances,it was with a gun mod that i made in the geck

But yeah, that's the distance I like to take care of Death Claws from. I usually use the AM Rifle for those guys, though.

theres no way the NCR is taking shots at "800 yrds!!!",theres some guy in the game who sed they take shots from that far,

my draw distances are not far enough!!!!
