I'd love to know which settings you used for audacity because I just downloaded it.

You had the layered voice perfect, but the one in the foreground was a tad higher than L's...but this is definitely the best one I've ever heard.

How do you distort your voice?

I recorded the line normally, and then made two more copies of it. The original I kept in my normal voice, the first copy I raised the pitch of by six semitones, and the second copy I lowered by six semitones. Put 'em all together, and voila!
