  • so funny, this "4x4" is only a 2x4. get some lockers!!!

  • @drugsgalore and thats the american dream :D

  • Its what happened when you give a Hummer to a hick... they can't drive it

  • Push the brakes a bit and you will block the difereciales, but if you don t now, but if you do not know that, better stay home, so that people are not laughing at you.

  • для H1 преграды нет)

  • A bunch of dickless wonders out in the snow.

  • H1 > prius

  • why are you going this way you fool ?

  • all that money and no traction control?...

  • @bvk73 didnt need it did he? TC is for people who have no offroad driving skill/experience. Like your average soccer mom.

  • @bvk73 god your stupid

  • haha lol Hummer made in China

  • @ruvimka911 the only hummers that are made in chine are the ones the chinese government uses. google it some time and see.

  • no center diff lock? 2 wheels spinning only not kool

  • Fail.

  • Let see an h2 or h3 try that articulation...nope not going to happen!

  • Try using the H1 Alpha, real hummer is there, only the price is not good it's over 100k.

  • i want one but i havent heard anything good yet about those 6.5's

  • The camera guy is in a Jeep so he doesn't get stuck. They also use the jeep to pull the POS humr out every time it gets stuck!

  • the h2 isnt a hummer it's a tahoe and the h3 is just something to make me laugh when i pull next to one at a stop light

  • this is real hammer not h2 or h3

  • Wanna hear a good Hummer engine sound? Copy and Paste -> /watch?v=dUBEAt0g-TE

  • anyone say range rover!!!

  • It's light version of russian traktor K-701....

    Very good!

  • jeeps are better

  • @06TurboVtec LOL that was funny.

  • Cool, never thought that they would make it. But sure enough, when they did I got the picture. Rad ridin' :D

  • the new hx design i want to know how it is a concept, if hummer models are stopped at 2009. i like the h1's the best.

  • Why are you selling you H1 newken?

  • How much can the H1 wheels support, I've seen tons go 3 wheel but never 2 lol

  • diff lock

  • diesel ftw :)

and i hope that crunching is the show packing...

  • @FordsRule351

It isn't limited slip, it has electronic fully locking front and rear diffa, activated by tapping the brake while using the gas

  • @woah4 It is limited slip and it's not electronic. When it's 'electronic' - it uses a button.

  • @zrvpvo8789 it isnt limited slip, because you can manually lock the diffs, only you do so by pushing the brake instead of pushing a button. watch the h1 promo video if you want a better explanation.

  • @woah4 First of all, BTM is a mechanical process - there is no electronics.

Even you can do it yourself does not change the fact that Torsen Differential is a limited slip - the wheels don't lock up 100%.

No offense, but I doubt you clearly understand what they talking about in H1 promo video.

  • you can do this only with a hummer H1!!

  • junk !

  • That was badazz!!

  • dont ya just love limited slip diff's

  • you just gotta love that 6.5 turbo diesel in that baby! :) mmm

  • Гавно ваша американская консервная банка

  • my buddy has an h2 sut and we use it like they are made to be used

  • Чем круче внедорожник тем дальше идти за трактором :)

  • Class leading suspension travel right there...

  • open diffs suck

  • learn how to fucking drive

  • i cant figure out why the rear wheel wasnt biting when it was on the hill.if it had lockers it would of been thru that way easier. i thought it had lockers from the factory?

  • our tax dollars at work

  • i have a lot of H1 experience....thats some good driving.....ive put H1s through a lot, including AM General's private military testing grounds in Indiana....and this truck is UNSTOPPABLE...

  • hummer is good car,but not for idiot. from russia this love

  • Anyone who likes the H3 should take note that the drive train is a hollow aluminum piece. (I can't type today for some reason.)

  • WOW..thats fucking awesome.

  • 45ollila- Your 84 Toyota isn't even in the same class as a machine like that and by comparing them your making yourself sound like a jelious ass.

  • goof

  • i was a mech on these, want a tip? next time your tires slip like that, put just a lil bit of foot on the brake, it will put the power to the other tires. look into it for yourself

  • watch my epic battle

    /watch?v=wOS44N9LbMY

  • Hey,

Where did you come across this video... I was there at paragon that day in PA

    Tony P

  • thats not cool my 84 toyota wuld eat that gap get some lockers

  • it has lockers. you can even se when he engages them

  • If I own one of these, surely I'll be thinking of things that are impossible to do such as: I'm going to run over a dog tomorrow, I'm going to drive through my mom-in-law's house, im going to run over my neighbor's prius, etc. MY GOD I LOVE H1s.. no airbags and just a ton of steel to protect you from Katrina.

  • @hadabenz i like the prius part hahahahaha

  • why allways guys say hummer sucks

and allway this guys have no H1...

try this with any other 4wd....

  • Hey dumbo.... Limited slip would still let the opposing tires Hey dumbo.... Limited slip would still let the opposing tires spin.... LOCKERS would lock axles, but then it would not be driveable on road surface. This truck has a system where if you push the brake slightly while giving gas, the 4x4 system will lock the spinning tires and put power to the ones that arent.

  • @rearwheelslider hey dumbo... your thinking of g80 twist

  • you need some lockers

  • i think it is on all hummer h1, just need to push the brake same time as you hit the gas

  • is this car front wheel drive or rear wheel drive?

  • all dumb ass its a fucking hummer

  • wtf i thought the h1's had LSD? not this one?

  • Hey dumbo.... Limited slip would still let the opposing tires spin. LOCKERS would lock axles, but then it would not be driveable on road surface. This truck has a system where if you push the brake slightly while giving gas, the 4x4 system will lock the spinning tires and put power to the ones that arent.

  • no.... limited slip locks up both tires... like on the new z71's..

  • It absolutely does not. Limited slip lets em spin. They are NOT lockers and do not perform that well on no traction. In LSD diffs, there is a clutch pack that lets em spin a little bit so you can still go around corners without hop.

  • ma mechanizm róznicowy

  • It's not about the car, it's about the driver!

  • If that were true then a pro driver could get a Geo Metro through this. People give too little credit to the vehicle and too much to the driver. I've seen novice girls driving Land Cruisers and the 4x4 is so good that it made them look like a pro. I've also seen experienced drivers in Jeeps or Hummers get stuck or roll because the vehicle is inferior.

  • and no, it's about the car...

  • vs GAZ-2975 Tiger no chances!!

  • best bang for buck is a jeep. hummers are expensive to buy, fuel, insure, maintain, and so on.

  • put tranny on low.

  • What a beautiful truck, I would kill to own that thing.

  • @DJrealist1 thats what every weed dealer likes a h2 with 30 inch rims

  • @ibzthecat

yes some of them but i actually work and like big rims and custom paint..no drug dealer here

  • hell no the H2 and h3 should have never been made they look like crap and people dont even use them for what hummer is the Hummer H1 can do anything

  • @8IRISHBLESSING Actually the H3 is rated as one of the best factory off roaders on the market. Its the GM version of the Jeep Rubicon.

  • @woodchipper890 The H3 is a pussy Hummer that piece of shit can't do anything.

  • @8IRISHBLESSING very true there for rapper and gangster wannabees, the Humvee is a war machine and H1 is a civilised version of the humvee

  • @8IRISHBLESSING H2 it's not a hummer , its a suberban with make up and the 3 , dont even think

  • wow, very nice.. 4 wheel drive? i don't think a truck of any power would be able to do that, they wouldn't be able to get there anyways

  • This is were (air & electric) lockers could be used. Lock them when you need it.

These guys are no afraid of pushing there trucks to the limit.

    Keep on trucking!

  • excellent driving!

  • What is that guy doing?

  • Is there any differential lock ?

  • @szym86 yeah there is on h1 the driver has to press the brake while gently pressing the gas then it will lock

  • This dillweed has no idea how to drive. What a tool!

  • @MrLogsLincoln you are a goof

  • a prius would do much better off road because it has more horsepower and torque :D

  • ur fuckin on crack huh priuses are for pussies

  • @yamahaboyyz85 hes joking idiot

  • Sounds like an angry bear....long live the HUMMER

  • people need to learn how to drive hummers before the take them offroad. Hummer H1's have torque bias diff's meening you hold the brake and give it gas that will lock the diff's its called brake modulation

  • You guys who are talking about lockers don't know anything a out 4x4's. You read something in a magazine with your pals and your an expert. H1's rule, deal with it. You don't know anything about the diffs on these or else you wouldn't be typing these comments. H1's are awesome you have to love them.

  • you need some lockers

  • its your cv jionts and independent suspension.... a solid axle setup would rip that

  • Yes people let's see some of you do that with your lockers? Were all waiting or do you just hide behind your key board's and just type crap to look or sound stupid to the world? If you don't like Hummer H1's or H2's then why do some you look these video's up and don't say because they suck some of you are just ignorant because you can't afford any Hummer. But if you people would quit hiding behind your key board's then maybe you can afford a nice off road vehicle.

  • DAmmmn.. Dude just put some money down for lockers. Seriously... shit.

  • no vidno že to je americký výroba keď si to nevie rady s jedným malým kopčekom

  • Good job fucking the land.

  • whoever was driven must've been a shity ass driver it takes them the whole video to get through that..... with a damn hummer h1!

  • man time to invest in some lockers

  • you dont need lockers on older H1. you can do BTM and it works the same as lockers. some ppl dont know how to use it.

but if you ad lockers on H1 it realy becomes like BRING IT ON BABY SHOW ME SOME HARD CORE TRAILS

  • see how one wheel on the front end was spinning and the other wasnt? i mean seriously did you even watch the video before replying to my comment? with lockers up front the other wheel would spin and it would go through a lot easier.. in this situation lockers would just about help

  • 4wD maybe

  • call an unimog - he would pull him through the dirt...

  • good thing iraq has no snow.

  • i dont see how thats a win. every video i see of someone in a 4x4 struggling people always say bad driver or bad vehicle. ive met many that were in the military and they train hard on how to drive these vehicles. does it have a manual and the other guy says no hummers are manual hehe im not loling but i have a smile on that one. hummers are too big. put that beef in a jeep sized rig and then they can be battled out.

  • sounds like a beast!

  • your supposed to apply the brakes gently and the gas at the same time , it locks the hubs and gives you traction so you dont look like a jackass spining 1 wheel. did he not get a manual with it? lol

  • A manual hummer?...Ummm no such thing, and if there is, i've never heard of one. Plus, on a hard flex like that, if both tires tried to spin, it'd just shave the rearend into a smooth toothless hunk of metal. Especially if they were in Double 4-Low, it'd be too hard on parts if all the wheels turned when flexing it out. And I know this Military vehicle doesn't have locking hubs. Just two levers inside the cab. Doing a brakestand and burning out the tranny doesn't do any good for anything.

  • also, not a brake stand, i said gently, look up the 4x4 system on these hummers, its designed to lock the tires that are spinning when gently applying brake and gas GENTLY as stated before. sorry for the very late re-re-responce

  • The best chinese truck ever!

    lol

  • All aboard the huge overweight, over sized yankee failtruck!, get a landrover for gods sake!

  • tell that to Arnold Schwarzenegger

  • Oh yeah I`m well scared.....

  • arnold eats land rovers for breakfast, and right now hes very hungry

  • Yawn......

  • thats how i feel about land rovers

  • This is a military truck. This truck can not be replaced by a landrover. Landrovers wont replace this truck on top of that. Isn't that a crappy luxury SUV?

  • Newsflash dickhead, "rover" and "landrover" are not the same company, DUH!

  • He meant 'Land Rover' and was 100% correct.

Rover (car) was never imported into US. It was Land Rover line - Defender, Discovery, Range Rover,Freelander. Does name Lucas rings the bell? Range Rover ranked #1 in worst reliability and minimum repeated buyers for years. Even with BMW components! How about Defender turning radius of a school bus and open differentials? How about pathetic handling of Range Rover Classic? I bet you wouldn't be babbling here if LR wasn't British.

    Moron.

  • do you honestly think hummers are really any more reliable, well there not.

  • meglio non la potevi usare

  • Please never tell a Hummer H1 owner to hold on the gas and brake at the same time I am sure they know that and you only got it off the instructional video.

  • i want that shit

  • thats what hes talking about baby

  • this thing needs lockers...

  • Wow. I got a tundra and I wouldn't even think about that.

  • that thing is BADASS

  • i love this car!!!regards from Italy!!!!!

  • just push the brake as u push for power and it can take u out easily

  • what no possy track

  • i agree 2 Texasmade

  • dream car

  • H1 or tank?

  • junge,

du bist sooooo en opfer !

das ist ein hummer , und kein panzer!

schade das er nich kaputt gegengen ist .... -.- so was ist nix für dich !

  • when all else fails, strength prevails!

  • i agree with texas made

  • "peter3180" take your bullshit spam back to your britney spears video's im tired of these fucking gay ass comments you worthless fags are coming up with now a days. you have made us all lose more brain cells reading your crap. post that to 5 videos homo.

  • i'm suprised he didnt break that passenger rear halfshaft when he slammed the brakes while it was spinning in air

  • The rotor is before half shaft in a hummer H1. It has geared hubs, no room for discs in the normal place...

  • i know where the rotors are on a h1, its the same as a humvee which is one of the vehicles i work on for the army. but stopping a tire spinning that fast will break the shaft, they aren't very strong.

  • i know this is a lil old... i have a humvee same thing as h1 lulz but yes there week my dad broke his 2 back shafts

  • weak? how fucktarded are you?????

  • XDXD ... was difficult in the snow eh?

  • Unstopable

  • get me one of those, a helmet, roll bar, and il pull some fucking travis pastrana shit, just be sure to include a check for every dumb stunt i pull, just to keep me goin paycheck to paycheck

  • The Hummer H1's have what's called a brake throtte modulation feature (BTM)that works just like lockers. How it works is that you put light pressure on the brake pedal while applying throttle. I've owned two H1s and used the feature many times.

This owner either doesn't know about the BTM feature in his truck or just forgot to use it.

  • ok u answered my question, was wondering how come a vehicle like the H1 didnt have lockers or ltd slip

  • h1 do have lockers 4 drive shafts aswell

  • no they do not, they have TorSen differential. they send 5x the torque of the wheel with the least amount of traction to the opposite. i e. 10ft/lbs of traction on the weak will send 50ft/lbs to the tire with traction. 5 times 0 is 0 so it will spin the tire without any traction like an open diff.

he should have applied the brakes to send more power to other wheels. he locked the center diff so the H1 was in 4x4 mode instead of AWD mode.

2 drive shafts, 3 differentials, 4 axle haftshafts

  • exactly but they are available with front and rear air lockers.

  • 2 dirveshafts and 4 axle shafts douche.

  • WOW! Impressive abilities !

  • Not having lockers on the humvees is one of the biggest mistakes Army made plus using the steal stamped control arms instead of the aluminum. TBH i feel the cast aluminums hold up alot better than the steal stamped ones. But for real with what the hummer was built to do leaving out lockers was dumb.

  • Comment removed

  • not all H1 have differential locker.....its very rare on them

  • wuts a locker

  • part inside front and rear end gears that locks both right and left halves of the axels so they turn together and not have only one side spinning while the other stands still. 12sec - 30sec is a perfect example of where it needed a locker

  • or simplified...it makes both weel spin at the exact same speed!
