when i see this vid... i see this boat. and it has a trim on the hull. meant for planing. and the jib is tiny. what king of boat is this ??? i love my ps2000
Sailing with the forard hand almost on the fordeck and the skipper right up the back is a very ineffective use of crew weight. the forard hand should be on the windward side to make kite trimming easier, and the skipper to leeward when deep running like that, and you should both be at a neutral for/aft position, pretty much with your bodies facing each other. this will also help get rid of and for/aft pitching instead of rocking on the keel.
mate you got a bit to learn, use your crew weight properly, minimise water line lenght, and have your crew on the windward side so he can see the kite properly and not around the main and almost on the foredeck. and thirdly, get a trapeze.
I'm from spain and my english is not good. please loock mi video '' 2 crakenses muy crakenses'' in this video are 30kts (boat white) and my sail number in de cadet championship is esp-9590. Are you remember me?.
sweet vid! my only critique is that when it isnt crucial that the crew gets max trim off of the guy, he should be making weight adjustments to help better facilitate the plane and steering on the waves. i sail a vast range of skiffs and dinghys, but maybe cadets are a special case, ive never sailed one, and in 25+ knots i guess that elementary boat handeling takes priority (to prevent a capsize). anyways, good luck guys! i will check sailing anarchy again soon for results!
LOL, when I sailed Cadets some 40 years ago the spinnaker looked much, much bigger. That's some impressive sailing in 26 kts of wind. Good luck in the Netherlands.

hi guys this is my video and i would like to agree to a certain extent with your comments on the crew positioning
but as my crew weighed 25 kilograms and i weighed 60 and i was semi reaching the small child would have no chance holding the boat flat would he??
hope you liked it
