But my Bible affirmatively states that, if I'm worthy, I might escape ALL the end times events to come to pass. That's pre-trib, plain and simple. And @dethclops7 concerning fasting. It is more about setting something apart for God than it is about following a specific 'recipe'. He searches the heart. Most people will abstain from meats and cheeses and alcohol, like Daniel did often, when I fast I feel lead to just drink water. But like I said, it's between God and the individual.It is showing that we are more dependent on our Spirit and soul than the body, and when your stomach aches and growls it is yearning for the presence of the Lord
