this is a dumb option, wheres the set up for the light rail when it comes time for it. for traffic to reduce and Seattle to become a more efficient city we have to have it set in place at the time of construction. the preferred option is the only one that has this, why? you want cars off the freeway, provide an alternative.
I think this may be my favorite option out of all. The main selling point for me is the additional SPUI interchange that aren't in the others. That will help ease traffic around the area.
However, maybe I'm looking at this wrong, but one thing (and I think this is something major) that I noticed was that drivers going from WB 520 to SB I-5 will have to do so through a left-hand side on-ramp. Is that true?
If it is, I'm quite disappointed in the design, because as far as I can see, all three designs carry this problem. It's been known for years that left-hand side exits and on-ramps can disrupt traffic flow, especially for those looking to get on I-5 from 520 and take the next exit on I-5.
I sure hope I'm not looking at it wrong, but if there is going to be a left-hand side on-ramp, I'm not going to be satisfied with any of these proposals...not that my opinion really matters though.

I like that new bridge. I'd imagine it's much less expensive than the tunnel. This one, please.

Personally like this one, the new bridge takes a lot of pressure off Montlake.

Plausible. Looks like the greatest neighborhood impact but least claustrophobic during Husky game back ups.
